This property was very disappointing. It did include all amenities advertised but the overall condition and cleanliness felt well below an expensive beach property expectation.The floors were dirty upon arrival , bathroom sink still had toothpaste residue, and there was visible mold covering the bathroom ceiling vents and light fixture, which resulted in my family having to clean the entire place for the first hours of our arrival. There were missing light bulbs in the bathrooms making it feel the Property was not thoroughly inspected before guest arrival. Furniture was outdated , mattresses were visibly stained and the home showed significant signs of wear. We were traveling with an infant and were concerned about the exposed unstable looking fireplace , which created an unnecessary safety hazard to all with a potent smell. The patio furniture was also extremely rusty on all decks and torn material on the cushions. We understand beach homes experience heavy use but basic upkeep and cleanliness and maintenance should be priority. Especially for a rental at this price point. With a deep cleaning, mold remediation, and updates this property could provide guests with a better experience.

Excellent Rental ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything from the contact with the owner to cleanliness to location was excellent! We stayed as a family of 5 (3 kids 13, 9 and 8) and grandparents. Plenty of room for everyone and no bedrooms on the main floor made it great for the early birds and the ones who like to sleep in. 4! Decks! A ton of beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a boogie board were all provided. We had groceries delivered from the Walmart on our first day which was very convenient. The description and pictures do not do this place justice. Highly recommend.

Overall, house was great. It was steps to the beach, close to all the restaurants and bars, perfect location. The one downside was that it was a little tired. Interior could use a refresh. outdoor patio furniture was rusty and cushions were torn and faded. Closet door was broken and it listed 2 beach umbrellas but there was only 1. Plenty of beach chairs. We had a great week!!!

We loved the location of the property on a quiet side street steps to the ocean. Our family had plenty of room with the three floors of the unit, and the rental was well stocked with supplies.
