The location was good and at first glance everything looked ok. When we went to settle into the bedrooms, we found bugs everywhere. All over the bed, blankets, floor and walls. When we went to put items in the refrigerator, there were bugs in there as well. When I messaged to see if they could come take care of the bugs, we were informed that would not be doing that. We had to clean everything ourselves and strip the bed to get the bugs out. The bathtub also did not drain and the lights would randomly flicker.
Parking is tight if both floors are rented and if you have multiple vehicles you must find alternate parking which wasn’t too bad, there’s a free lot down the street. I was a little disappointed that the front porch was dirty as well as the small bench. The kitchen flooring needs replaced as well as the dresser in the bunk room, however it was comfortable and cozy and the things that have been updated are very nice. It’s a little on the pricey side for what you get but we split three ways making it more affordable. I would however recommend it if asked.
Not as fast to get a hold of anyone through VRBO. But the text with vacasa is faster. Just isn't real specific to be area. They must have multiple properties and vacasa is just a third party so besides that the house was everything we wanted and fit our needs just fine!
During an active ice storm here in Arkansas this property would not allow my group to cancel or rebook at another time. We limped our way to the place to find it not only cramped and unkept, but also without water and electricity. After a few attempts to reach anyone associated that was local (the renting agency, Vacasa, is out of Portland, OR and was unhelpful, out of touch with local happenings, and downright rude) i finally reached someone who proceeded to ask me to attempt my own maintenance. I refused and had to downright argue my way into another place to stay. I was told that we would receive refunds due to the nature of our stay, I reached out to Vacasa multiple times and never received refunds or return communications. Stay away from this one.

Great location and lovely accommodations.
Being very close to downtown was great. The bottom floor was very quaint but also spacious for our needs.
.
Was comfortable, cute nice bed a hot water. did not bring a pet but there in no yard , ticks in grown up grass so would not suggest it.area was good but a bit of a walk downtown. This place has a ton of potential with just a few updates!! I feel like it is alot of housekeeping and maintenance issues.that needs to be addressed.

Girls Weekend
We planned a trip to Eureka Springs for a girls weekend with my mom and daughter. We really enjoyed our stay at the Pink House. We liked that the house was close to the shopping/restaurants but not directly in the mix. It was spacious, very clean, and welcoming.

Not as expected
Dead bugs on the floor, very musty smell, the indoor furniture was stained and dirty, unable to sit out on the porch due to ants and filthy seating. We left a day early.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We are truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the cleanliness and condition of the home, including the dead bugs, musty smell, stained furniture, ants, and the porch seating. This is certainly not the standard we strive to uphold, and we completely understand how these problems impacted your stay and led to your decision to leave early. Please know that your feedback is very important to us, and we will be sharing these details with our local team to ensure they address these concerns promptly and thoroughly. We want every guest to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant experience, and we apologize that we fell short during your visit. Thank you for your understanding, and again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience you faced. We appreciate your patience and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
4.5 stars would book again.Booked the bottom floor of the Pink House overnight with my BFF and my sister. We enjoyed the space and the location was walking distance to the shopping hub, but still far enough away to be peaceful. I thought the beds were super comfy. The bunks are big enough for 2 adults if you need it. Parking is to the right of the house and the smaller your vehicle, the better. Thankful we didnt have to share the spaces because I have a truck. The only thing I think that could have been better was the floors didn't seem to have been swept before our check in. The property has a request for you to take of your shoes, which I normally do, so having a cleaner floor would have been more comfortable.I also got used to having these places stocked with bathroom products and there was only handsoap and conditioner, so plan to not forget yours. Next time I book, I'll be sure to add shampoo and slippers, but it was a great stay.

This was a perfect little spot for our friends trip! The location was great and very convenient to town. The trolley stop was very close. The apartment was updated and clean. We had all the amenities we needed and more, including plenty of towels, shampoo, soaps and pillows. Additional parking was only a short car ride away. Great spot!
My husband and I took our kids (ages 13, nearly 3, and 18 months) to Eureka for a family mini vacation. This place is very well located on the quieter end of downtown, great for being a home base for the excursions we took with the kids. For my fellow parents, this spot may be a better fit if your kids are age 5 or older. I'm afraid my babies waking in the night probably disturbed our fellow renter upstairs and my 18mo broke one of the plates while there. 13 year old loved the bunk beds though!
If you love rodents and rodent droppings, this is the place for you! Unfortunately for my family, it was just unacceptable and unsanitary. We checked out the same night we checked in and scrambled to find accommodations for our dog and us. Still waiting to hear whether VRBO or Vacasa will do the right thing and give us a refund due to health and safety issue (unsanitary).
