Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you are checking out on a Sunday night or Monday please wheel the trash cans to the curb
Please leave all linens on the beds and place all used towels in the hampers the housekeepers will take care of them
Please remove all personal items from the kitchen and refrigerator
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Each booking is only allowed use of one trash can. If more than one is full a fee will be charged
Please do not park on the grass. There are senstitive pipes running through out the yard and can be damaged by the weight of a vehicle

I had to contact the host for check-in directions as I had not gotten any prior to my arrival but got a quick response and was able to access the property within a few minutes. Accommodations were very comfortable and close enough to the beach and the view was amazing.

Nice little house to get away for a weekend. It was perfect for our family weekend.

Clean spacious interior with a large kitchen bar. Amply stocked with towels and everything you need. Not the prettiest outside;House needs some repairs on the exterior and new patio furniture. Host was very friendly and responsive. The host also made our stay easy and did not require all the “VRBO” clean up duties like most. Overall I recommend this house for an affordable stay with plenty of beds.

Nice location

The house was very nice overall. The ac control was a bit confusing but other than that it was a nice stay. Plenty of towels and bedding available. Huge yard for the kids to play in. Eating breakfast every morning with a view of the Gulf was very nice. The listing does say one tub and one shower but both bathrooms have a shower.

Quick family weekend get-away

Initially, there was a major hiccup with the booking. (VRBO issue) The property owner was very accommodating, and rushed to get the property ready for us. It was a very nice trip afterwards, having the hot tub under the balcony was super nice during the day.
