This home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full size bed, and the third bedroom has a queen size bed.

The Grand Junction Riverfront Trail offers an incredible biking and walking experience in Mesa County, Colorado. Here are the highlights:
Length: The trail spans 28 miles along the Colorado River, from Loma to Grand Junction and beyond to Palisade.
Scenic Views: Begin with the Monument View Section, where rugged canyons of the Colorado National Monument unfold before you. This 8-mile stretch also provides access to the Walter Walker State Wildlife Area.
Blue Heron Section: Follow the northern fork, named after Blue Heron Lake, a 5.6-mile route from Junior Service League Park to Riverside Park. Keep an eye out for bald eagles!
Audubon Section: The southern fork extends less than two miles, starting at Connected Lakes State Park and ending at the Redlands Marketplace. Secluded and wooded, it’s perfect for birdwatching.
Riverside Section: After merging, the trail continues along the north bank of the river for 1.4 miles, ending at the Western Colorado Botanical Gardens and Butterfly House.

* **Just Dogs, Please!** We're set up to welcome canine companions only at this time.
* **How Many Paws?** We can comfortably accommodate up to two dogs.
* **A Little Extra for Your Pup:** There's a $45 per dog per stay pet fee to help with extra cleaning.
* **Outdoor Adventures:** For everyone's safety, please keep your dog on a leash when exploring outside.
* **Potty Patrol:** Kindly clean up after your dog immediately. We've supplied waste bags for your convenience.
* **Indoor Snoozes:** If you need to leave your dog unattended inside, please make sure they are crated and happy being on their own. We want to avoid any barking that might disturb the neighbors.
* **Quiet Time:** Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during our quiet hours
* **Comfy for Humans Too:** To keep things cozy for all our guests, we kindly ask that you keep your dogs off the furniture and beds. Bringing their own comfy bedding is much appreciated!
* **Oopsies Happen:** Please note that you're responsible for any damage caused by your furry friend.
* **Service Animals are Always Welcome!** Of course, certified service animals are always welcome and stay free of charge. Please let us know if you'll be bringing one.
