This property is well located and the pool was a great choice for my grandkids. The boys loved the game room/garage! We are from Jacksonville so we know our way around the beach but out of towners could get around easily from the house. Air conditioning and fans kept the house very comfortable. And the hosts were great to work with. Very responsive and understanding. I’d definitely visit this property or others they manage again.

This was the perfect spot for our family stay with all the amenities needed to make the stay memorable and comfortable. The heated pool was great for the kiddos and the small yard worked perfectly for our small pup. Minimal checkout/ cleaning steps were appreciated. Owners exceeded expectation for communication. Will definitely look to stay here again!

Love the Sunshine Cottage!

We loved our stay here with our dogs!It was absolutely perfect for us.Super close to the beach, lovely neighborhood, home was perfect Everything we needed Would absolutely stay here next time we are in Jacksonville

Home and neighborhood was amazing! The kids absolutely loved the heated pool as it was a little chilly while we were there. There is an amazing park not far from this location. Plenty of room in the home and there were games and bikes the children were able to use and keep them entertained during down time. Location was perfect. 3 min from target, publix and 15 from all activities. Would def stay again!!!

Cute cottage with heated pool

My family stayed for a few days in April and enjoyed the heated pool. The pool was clean and warm and big enough for my girls to have a blast swimming for the week.

The house and pool area were very well maintained, the pool was heated as promised The beds were very comfy and the kitchen had all appliances, pots, pans etc needed! Would definitely come back!

Great location!

We loved our stay! The house was the perfect size for us and close to shops, restaurants, etc. The pool was awesome since it was heated which we really appreciated! Beds and pillows were so comfortable that we checked the brand so we can buy the same kind in the future. Overall excellent rental

Long Weekend with Family

Was there for a doctors appt and made it a long weekend with family. The home was exactly as it is on the website. Very dog friendly, with a fenced backyard. Check-in process was super easy. The home is super clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Mayo Clinic visit

This property is close in proximity to the Clinic which made it very helpful as I had many appointments throughout the day. The home was comfortable and clean. The host was readily available with any questions and was able to Approve our request to check in a bit earlier.

Perfect House in Awesome Location

Our family is actually local to Jacksonville but our AC went out so we decided to make the best of it! We stayed for 5 nights and it was perfect. House was super clean, beds were comfy and all rooms included a smart tv so you can stream all your favorite shows! The pool was perfect, we ate dinner outside most nights! Great location just minutes from the beach and great dining! Definitely a perfect house for large families!

Great Property!

What a wonderful experience! Great communication with the owners. Had a few hiccups but all were taken care of pomptly. Pool was amazing! Great location, it is easy to get to A1a. Lots of great local dining. When we book our next trip to Jax Beach, we will definitely book here again!
