This spacious, private home is just a 2 minute walk from all of the restaurants, shops, and cafes of downtown Picton. The house features 3 self contained suites and can sleep up to 14 adults creating a versatile environment during your stay. STA License: ST-2021-0285

A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.

Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.

Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

All cancellations made more than 14 days after booking are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.

Beautiful home in Picton!

There couldn’t be a better location for a gorgeous VRBO in the county. Walking distance to the beautiful downtown area. Home was gorgeous, clean and way bigger than anticipated! All around a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend for larger groups.

The property was good - lots of room for 6 women traveling to Picton for a cycling holiday. The fact that the units were not joined inside was a bit awkward. We had to walk around the house from the back and go in the front door to join the rest of the group. The kitchens were well equipped and the beds were very comfortable.
