Complete with all the amenities, it provides an affordable getaway in the midst of a beautiful setting. Proximity to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor is a plus!

FIRST FLOOR: Open floor plan with Living/Dining and Kitchen area with propane monitor heater. Primary Bedroom with Queen bed and gas fireplace stove with ocean views and door to the deck. Full Bath with combined tub and shower. Laundry. Laundry room. Private office with pocket door.

SECOND FLOOR: Upstairs find an open Bedroom with a Queen bed and one Twin bed with small TV. Half Bath.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Waterside deck with furnishings and screened front porch. Swing set and Basketball hoop. Sorry, no fires allowed on the beach.
