Perfect little place

My husband and our dog really enjoyed our stay in Lost Shaker of Sea Salt. A short walk to the beach past sea loins that our dog loved. Quiet at night, clean and comfortable, we would stay here again!

Sweet getaway

Cozy beach cottage

Great location, you walk to the beach to swim, surf or hang out. The harbor waters are accessible across the street where you can hop on a kayak (there are two available for use with the cottage) or stand up paddle basically right out of your front doorstep! It is clean, modern and was a perfect getaway with our teen kids, we will be back.

First beach trip for our dog

We had a great time at this house. The home was perfect for our dog. He was happy watching people walk by the bay. He was able to move from the front area, the home and back patio. The home was well stocked and we were able to make meals. I wish it had like a casserole dish for a bigger dish but overall very clean and comfortable. 5 ⭐️ s

Family Christmas Retreat

The Lost Shaker of Salt beach house was the perfect spot for our family Christmas gathering. We traveled from South Carolina to spend the holidays with our adult children and their spouses who live in the area. We found the home perfectly located for family walks along the harbor and Sliver Strand beach. The house was clean upon arrival and fully stocked for preparing meals. Check-in was easy and communication smooth.The only disappointment we faced was the construction going on in the harbor just across the street. The tractors and construction noise started every morning at 7am… even on Sunday. Obviously this is completely out of the control of the homes owner and/management company but it is worth noting for future renters… signs in the area indicate this harbor restoration was going to last for several more months.

Ideal Thanksgiving getaway!

The house is well done, modern, has tasteful and comfortable furnishings, wonderful patios in front and back, and right across the street from the harbor.. I have never seen so many seals in one place at the same time. We would recommend it to any small group and would definitely stay here again.

Clean and great property manager

We came to this property to visit family in the surrounding area. We were very comfortable for our family of four. My kids liked the beach within walking distance and the sea lions that are near the pier. Property manager Lisa was attentive to our questions/concerns. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

It was clean, updated & comfortable. Plenty of amenities. Location was outstanding. However, guess I missed the part about the bedrooms have steps. But over all our stay for a Birthday & Anniversary celebration was great. Thank You so much.

Try Quincy street in a short walking distance - we enjoyed onion blossom + steak + pasta. Got a tip from kind neighbors who are long time resident there, which is another plus.

Relax Away!!

Lisa’s property Lost Shaker of Salt was a perfect place for relaxing with our family over the weekend, It is beautifully decorated and right across from the harbor. There is a great patio with a fire pit but we spent a lot of time with the double doors open relaxing in the den and enjoying the harbor views. My daughter and her husband kayaked the harbor and Silverstrand beach is about a 3 minute walk. Our favorite part of the house was the electric fireplace in the den. It was all perfect for a wonderful weekend with family!

Perfect beach bungalow

Stayed for a week, even though it rained for several days we had a blast. Sitting inside looking out the window at the water was so calming. The walk to the beach is just across the street. Great space, well equipped, the best hostess the we have ever had at a vacation rental. Lisa was quick to respond and always available. She even brought us a bottle of champagne on New Years. Definitely would stay again

Adorable, comfortable beach house- even the dogs loved it!

This house was a wonderful place to stay for a change of “work at home” scenery. Across the street from the beach, the front patio was ideal for a beautiful water view plus boat watching, kayaking (with the kayaks provided at the house!), and listening to the seals barking. The house itself was adorable, very comfortable, and had a back and front fenced in area for the dogs. Appliances and decor were super nice and updated and Lisa could not have been more responsive and helpful. Grocery, coffee, and restaurants were all just minutes away too. Our only negative was there was no place for the dogs to go to the bathroom (like a patch of grass) so it meant we had to walk them every time, which can be tiresome especially in the middle of the night. Otherwise we’d HIGHLY recommend this house!! Thank you Lisa!

Fun times!

We had so much fun staying at Lisa’s property! We took the kayaks out, ate our lunches at the beach, rented a boat and loved watching the sunset from the home. She responded to all our needs promptly. We hope to return in the near future. :)
