Located right in the heart of Southern Illinois's abundant outdoor recreation. Minutes from Crab Orchard Lake and local shopping and restaurants. At the end of the day, you can relax with plenty of space for the whole family. Enjoy separate space or hang out in the indoor rec room. A perfect spot for any business trip or vacation getaway.

This home is a fully remodeled modular home. It has a large open concept Living room and Eat in Kitchen.
One wing of the home has 2 private bedrooms that both feature queen beds and shared hall bathroom.
The other wing of the home has Primary Bedroom featuring a king bed and attached private bathroom. There is an additional bedroom with two twin beds as well as the laundry room.
Of the front of the home you have a covered deck.
