Cherokee Lake fluctuates its water levels throughout the year. Water levels are normally the highest between mid April - September.

A perfect place for grandparent's, parents and grandchildren to build memories each year!

Flat, open grassy yard in the back gives plenty of room and space for outdoor activities.

Master Bedroom features a King Bed!

3 other Queen beds in 3 separate bedrooms as well as pullout sofa in living room!

Beautiful and spacious interior. Pictures did not do it justice. Quiet surroundings. Gorgeous view. Great area to fish, kayak and canoe. There is a bit of an incline to the lakefront which was a little steep, but our group was all over 60. We had a group of 10 and the back patio gave us plenty of room to hang out. There wasn’t a lot of retail in close vicinity but it’s perfect for a quiet get away. Highly recommend.

We loved the spaciousness and the wonderful supply of kitchen items and bath towels. The view and lake front was spectacular!!! Great supply of games, beach towels, firewood, dish soap, toilet paper and chairs. Very peaceful area!! Communication with the owner was GREAT!! We highly recommended this house !!!!!

Spacious home and wonderful view

Our stay here was wonderful. The house is very spacious and was perfect for our party of 10. A living area upstairs and downstairs was perfect. The back porch was so nice and relaxing with a beautiful view of Lake Cherokee. Perfect location as we went to Kodak, Sevierville, Gatlinburg and Knoxville. The property manager was awesome to communicate with and almost answered immediately any questions I would have. 5 stars all around!!

Make some memories here!!

This is one of those rare places where memories happen. Perfect for a family holiday: cozy enough to be together, large enough for age groups to split up for different activities (game room, movie room, huge porch, enormous open floor plan). Wow!! Taylor (host) is quick to respond with any needs or questions. Check in was simple and check out as well. Can't wait to return!!

Best lake house

The booking was smooth and the host was friendly and answered any questioned that i had before rental. When we first walked in we couldnt believe how beautiful it was in person. The pictures did no justice. There was 10 of us all together ranging in ages. The kids loved the game room and upstairs livingroom. So did we lol. Most houses say they are fully stocked but this deff had everything we needed. We rent every year as a group and this house has been the best house. We were able to tie off when we rented the boat for a couple days and hang by the house when needed. The local stores arent supper close about 20-30minutes away. Really wasnt an issue we had done shopping the first night. The area is very peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking in rutledge.

Fantastic home for families!

This house is beautiful! The photos do not do it justice! Check in was a breeze, communication was fantastic, and the home was spotless. Well stocked with all the essentials. The game room and kayaks made this an ideal home for teenagers. (We never once had to tell them to get off their phones!) The internet was fast and reliable which allowed the adults to do some work. The instructions in the binder were very clear and everything worked. The house is only about 10 minutes away from a Dollar General and 20 from larger grocery stores and shopping. We stay in at least 2 VRBO homes a year, and this one exceeded all of our expectations! We will be back!

Beautiful Stay

Everyone had an amazing time during our stay and really everything about our it exceeded expectations! The house was prettier than we thought, the lake was clear and warm (we went mid-July), the kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans and leftover containers, and the host was responsive to questions. A big plus was that this comes with access to 2 kayaks and 2 canoes (can hold 2-3 people each)! A couple things worth noting. The lake shore has some very pokey rocks, so I'd recommend bring flip flops or water shoes for that, and it's a bit of a step from the grass to the shore, some sort of rope tied to a tree or wooden step would have been helpful getting up and down from that (but it seemed like most houses didn't have much of a dock so could be a lake rule, idk). Upstairs there were two queen bedrooms and the twin bed room area, one thing to be aware of is you have to go through one queen bedroom to get to the twin room (separated by a curtain). Wasn't really an issue for the group, but something to be aware of. Overall, I would highly recommend a stay here and hope to come back in the next couple years!
