Great house, 10-15 minutes from the strip, easy to Uber, lots of food around, stores, fast food, everything you could ask for is 5 to 20 minutes away. Comfy beds, standing air conditioners in each bedroom to help supplement the main AC to fight the heat.

Overall, our experience was pleasant, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The property is located in a nice area, and the surroundings were enjoyable. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement, particularly when it comes to cleanliness and overall maintenance.One of our main concerns was the condition of the carpets. They appeared worn and did not look as though they had been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. A professional deep cleaning or possibly replacing the carpets would make a significant difference in the overall appearance and comfort of the property. We also noticed an unusual, unpleasant odor inside, which made the space feel less fresh and welcoming.We understand that this is an older property, and we certainly don’t expect everything to be brand new. However, cleanliness and proper upkeep are important, regardless of the age of a home. A little more attention to detail would go a long way toward making guests feel more comfortable.Despite these concerns, our stay was okay, and we appreciated the convenient location and easy check-in process. With a few improvements, this property has the potential to provide a much more enjoyable experience for future guests.

The kitchen is well stocked. The master and second bedrooms have double blinds that definately help block out the traffic noise. The front 2 bedrooms are noisier next to the street. The rooms are spacious with big closets and there are hangers in each one. The shower head work well and there are plenty of towels.
