Just home from a wonderful week in this lovely home. It was clean & well organized, with more than everything the 5 of us needed. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, and in a great location! I loved sitting on the deck watching the waves roll in, walking on the beach with my kids and dog, and entertaining good friends! The week flew by; Wells is a fantastic place to vacation! And we felt at home the entire time in such a great vacation space.

Beautiful house, great location In Wells and right across the street from the ocean just as described.The property was clean & everyone was friendly. It got cold at night and we were able to use the fireplace as an extra bonus. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered questions quickly.Overall a great experience !

Great location, interior space, 3 bathrooms, deck, multiple levels worked well for 8 adults. Had 2 vehicles, having the garages for parking was another plus. Richard responded immediately to text and call. Had trouble with the lock on check in. Richard patiently talked us through how to get it to open.

House was well stocked with extra linens, beach towels, and paper products. Comfortable area for TV watching, nice dining room area and large island with seating for 6. Kitchen had all you needed. Nice beach chairs in the garage. Great deck for eating and resting and super views of the ocean. Across the street and down the steps to an endless beach. Richard was very responsive and accommodating.

Our 6th summer in The Juggernaut for 2 weeks each year. Feels like our home away from home. Lots of space, new fire pit, gas grill is cleaned on a regular basis, comfortable beds, 2 car garage, just a few steps to the beach and walking distance to the center. Kids love the ice cream truck that comes by daily. Derek came to install black out shades…thank you…and excellent communication with Richard. Looking forward to next summer!

Excellent family getaway

The layout of the house was perfect for our 3 generation family getaway! The house was immaculate, had a well stocked kitchen, close beach access and the attached garage parking was especially nice in the winter!
