About this property

Recently Remodeled Home w/Private Pool/Spa - Walk to Vanderbilt or Wiggins Beach

Everything is new! Enjoy this fabulous 3 bedroom 2 bath open floor plan in an ideal location with a large, private salt-water pool, spa and gas grill just outside the open air lanai, or just sit outside to watch TV. Heating of pool and spa available in winter months for a small fee.

Walk or bike ride to Vanderbilt Beach or Delnor Wiggins Beach, grab a beach chair and go. Close to Mercato Shopping, Naples zoo and many restaurants. We hope you have an awesome experience in a great location!

6 bicycles with locks and air compressor are provided (free of charge ). Beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels also provided . A variety of restaurants , Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe's, Publix food markets are nearby. The Mercato shopping and entertainment plaza is just up the street. Over 100 Local Golf Courses are available. The Naples Zoo and Florida Sports Park are also nearby.

The Fort Myers airport (Uber around $60) is about a 20 min drive, and it is a 10 min drive to historic downtown Naples .

We provide all linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes, high speed internet, streaming TVs (living room 65" and a 50" TV in each bedroom and outdoor lanai).

We stayed over our children’s winter break. Perfect size for a family, great location - walkable to beach and short drive to Mercato, Waterside shops and downtown Naples. Pool and hot tub were great. Owner was very quick in response time.

Stayed a week at this beautiful property with my family of 5 (incl me) and were very comfortable. We did a lot of cooking and eating there and it had everything we needed. The interior was spotless when we moved in and the beds were very comfortable. The property is just over a mile from Vanderbilt beach and easily walkable if you wanted. The pool deck and area is very nice with beautiful white stone (although birds seem to like hanging out there and leaving a bit of a mess this time of year). The owner was very responsive to our needs and thoughtful in his help. A very nice New Years escape from the cold!

Great location and great property

We had the pleasure of staying 10 days at this property. The home is very comfortable and well set up for meals, relaxing and great outdoor living space. The location and community is fantastic…walks to beach, restaurants, very safe and friendly….and great location for quick trip to old Naples and shopping, and day trips across SW Florida. Owners were very responsive and flexible. We would highly recommend.
