We had a wonderful time at Bearfoot cabin. The location was perfect for our hiking and sightseeing needs. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking supplies needed to cook dinner. There is also a gas grill which is a bonus in my opinion. We found the cabin to be very clean and welcoming, which allowed us some much need rest and relaxation. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises. Thank you for a great place to come home to after a long day of hiking!

Thank you for staying with us at the Bearfoot 2 cabin. It is such a lovely little well stocked cabin. We have addressed the ant issue and they are gone!! We appreciate you letting us know about them. We only found 1 bulb burnt out in the ceiling fan and have replaced it as well. Again, thank you for staying with us!!
Cabin was nice and clean, simple, outdoor/rugged environment. Big screened in porch. The driveway is extremely steep and the walkway/stairs are also steep. My dog is 10 so she felt the stairs. Cute cabin.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the cabin’s cleanliness, charm, and the big screened-in porch—it’s such a peaceful spot to relax. We appreciate you noting the steep driveway and stairs, and understand how that can be a consideration, especially for older pets or guests.
Thank you for staying with us, and we’d love to have you back anytime!

Cabin is great but needs exterminator
The location and cabin itself was amazing. The bug problem needs to be handled. Gnats and roaches are in the bathroom and kitchen.
It wouldve been amazing place if not for the bugs.

Thank you for you candid feedback. This cabin is new to our program. We have had it professionally treated for all pests and have eradicated the problems. We are glad that you found the cabin to be an amazing place!
We enjoy relaxing on the quiet side of the smokies. The cabin was in a great area and easily accessible. We loved that it was pet friendly. We loved the screened in porch especially for our pets. We loved the digital info guide that was provided. The place was clean. The only negative was there was a dead bug in the small towel at the jacuzzi tub that was folded up with the bar of soap and the back side of the tub could use additional cleaning. Not the inside of the tub itself but along the outer part where it has a seat area.
Sheets (pillow cases) smelled wonderful.
Would love an upgrade to a king size bed.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the quiet side of the Smokies and that the cabin's location, pet-friendly amenities, and screened-in porch were a hit with both you and your pets. We're also glad the digital info guide was helpful and that you found the cabin clean overall.
We sincerely apologize for the issue with the towel and the cleaning around the jacuzzi tub. We take cleanliness very seriously and will make sure to address these areas with our cleaning team to ensure future guests have a flawless experience.
We also appreciate your suggestion about the king-size bed and will certainly consider that for future upgrades. We're so glad you had a relaxing stay and hope to welcome you back soon!
We couldn't make it up the hill to the condo due to weather, and whomever answered the phone said that wasn't their problem. Not their problem to make the road to their property passable? However, she more than made up for this by offering us a different cabin that we absolutely adored, so much so that we increased our stay by 2 days.

This guest did not even get to the cabin. We had an unseasonal ice/snow storm and they could not access the cabin. The road was passable but the driveway was covered with ice. We always tell our guests that they must are ready for inclement/winter weather as we are not responsible to getting them to their cabin. We did, however, offer the guest a cabin that was more easily accessed. They loved the other cabin and stayed for an extra 2 nights.
