This 1BR 1B condo w/bunks sleeps 6 comfortably. It is located in the Moorings next to Sportman's Marina which has Playa, one of the best restaurants in OB along with an authentic Tiki bar. Amazing water views include Terry's Cove, Robinson Island and the Gulf. The complex boasts an Infinity pool and hot tub. You have fishing docks surrounding the property so you can catch your own dinner and cook it on your private balcony. You can also bring your own boat and rent a slip from the marina.

Bigger than it looks!
Great place. Very spacious with nice views of the harbor and pool. We really appreciated the bunk beds and large kitchen. We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful condo!
This condo is beautifully decorated and very clean! Our family had the best time! Kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfortable. Patty the property manager is so very helpful and kind! We will definitely return! Wonderful views from balcony.
