walking distance to an excellent seafood restaurant. nice neighborhood for walking. Only about 1/2 mile to Flagler College area. Lots to see and do in the city.comfortable bed. the place needs a little furniture, but OK. parking was a little congested, but it was a holiday weekend.

Its really a studio not a one bedroom. Great location to Old Town St Augustine. Was a great fit for 2. Parking was tight and under a tree that left its seeds all over the car. Car needed a really good wash. Could use a couple of plates and a small cutting board. Otherwise, little cottage was great.

I could not have ask for a nicer and more convenient place to stay for my Birthdaycation. It’s super private, clean and so convenient to everything in the historical district. We literally walked everywhere and loved every minute of it. The AC worked perfect. 10/10 recommend. The owners didn’t forget anything in this listing.

Exactly as advertised - clean, comfortable and walkable to all attractions. If you are looking for a large space to spread out this probably isn’t for you, but if you’re looking for a quick long weekend getaway then this place is perfect.

This guesthouse is a great stay for a couple im a very convenient location. Just a walk to George Street and all of the historical attractions. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the AC was not working properly for my stay. Very humid in the room despite being cool outside.

Perfect location, cute cottage!

This little cottage was PERFECT for our weekend in St Augustine. It was walking distance to everything - downtown, Ice Plant, Winery and the college. It was cute and affordable and the host was very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend booking this cottage.

Charming downtown cottage

I had a wonderful stay at this charming downtown cottage in St. Augustine! The location was perfect—just a short walk from great shops, restaurants, and historic sites. This place was perfect for what I was looking for during my stay. Everything was within walking distance. Historic District and St. George St. we’re just a five minute walk. Very clean and would highly recommend.

Perfect location to st George street... We walked everywhere! Not having to worry about parking or transportation was a huge plus. Lots of amazing food options nearby. The property itself is exactly what you need. Comfy bed, great bathroom setup, cute decor. The area is quiet considering how close it is to everything.

The cottage was very cute and comfortable. It was very close to everything and a stop for the hop on hop off bus was just up the street. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short. I would recommend for a single or couple.

Cute place close to downtown

Spent a weekend anniversary trip here, and it was just what we needed. It was very quiet (but during the Christmas holiday, so any college housing might have been empty). Comfortable bed, wonderful hot water supply, fairly easy walk to downtown with lots of restaurants and shopping, so we didn’t have to worry about fighting for parking in town since we could leave the car at the house. Overall, enjoyed our stay.
