The description does not do justice to the beaty of location, amazing versatility of the facility. Incredible responses / communications with property management.This is really well equipped for cooking including large groups. Excellent choice for multiple generational groups. Loved the separations of multiple use rooms/spaces. Easy driving / access and 15-30 minutes to huge number of attractions, world class museums and sites.We'll go back in the Spring and hopefully this listing will be available.

This is a very big home with plenty of space for everyone. The hottub was very nice, ping pong table was in the garage, board games in the basement. I really enjoyed the stay and will probably return with my family in the future. Great communication with the owner and a very quick simple process to get in and exit the home. I would highly recommend!

This house was SUPERB! So much room for four families spending the week together in a beautiful area. House had SO MUCH room and was very well appointed. Hosts were extremely easy to communicate with and were very timely answering any questions we had. Clean, beautiful, and convenient spot for NW Arkansas base. Would highly recommend this house.

Fantastic home. There were six of us staying there for a short golf outing. All the guys loved the hot tub after a day of hitting the links and they thought the beds were very comfortable. The gigantic TV in the upstairs living room was great for watching the NBA Finals and the quieter space downstairs worked for those of us who just wanted to play cards. We will definitely be looking to stay here again when we come back. Oh and thank you for the coffee. That was desperately needed each morning.

The house was well suited for four couples to stay and enjoy beautiful NW Arkansas. A perfect place for birding, especially during spring migration when there are so many birds passing through on their way north. The early morning hours were filled with birdsong. Very peaceful. To call it “lakefront” is a bit of a stretch. You have to walk down a trail for a bit in order to see the lake. Very comfortable place where everyone had their own space, if they desired.

Amazing host!!

The host went above and beyond for our group! We do an annual float trip each year in different places and we will definitely be back and stay at the same home. Home was beautiful and fit all 14 of us with room to spare! Highly recommended Weekender Property Management to anyone and everyone!

Family Trip

My family has been coming to Bella Vista since “83” and we have rented homes all over the area and this home blew us away! The pictures do not do it justice. We will definitely stay here again during future trips.

Great family visit

Large gathering spaces. Different spots to break away in smaller groups. Ping pong area was a hit as well as the giant tv! Enjoyed the multiple bedroom options.
