Baytree Vacation Villa--

This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath villa it located on a quiet corner lot and was built in 2007.
This modern villa with its beautiful furnishings and convenient location to golf, restaurants, casual and fine dining, shopping, and beautiful beaches is the ideal spot to vacation.
The family room has very comfortable leather furniture and comes equipped with a HDTV, offering 150 channels,DVD,radio with CD player and IPod docking station. You also have a beautiful view of the pool/lanai area. Once you open up the family room sliders, you bring in the outside.
The cozy sitting room just off the kitchen is the perfect spot for relaxing, putting your feet up and reading a book. Or you can check your email on the desk provided for your computer.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities of home and more. There is also a breakfast bar for casual dining.
For more formal dining with family and friends, the dining area is the perfect spot for entertaining.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet and TV with built in DVD. The en suite bath has two sinks, and walk-in shower. The master bath also opens to the lanai/pool area.
One of the guest rooms has a queen bed and the other 2 twin beds.
The full guest bath is situated between the guest rooms for your convenience.

The lanai/pool area is completely screened in and is equipped with lounging chairs as well as a dining set and barbecue. The heated,south facing pool and privacy make this villa a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine and local wildlife.

Week stay

I stayed for a week with my 2 adult sons. House is very nice in a quiet area. Shopping ect is all nearby. House was as represented. Would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was very clean and well equipped and a quiet place to stay. We have stayed on the Rotonda several times and it is still our favourite place "a little piece of paradise". The beaches at Englewood are our favourites to watch the sunsets and enjoy live music at Flounders. A couple of bikes at the villa would be a good addition for exploring the cycle paths.

Building site

The house is good, clean and comfortable. However, we were in the middle of a building site. Bricklayers working 15 feet from the pool area. Roofers working across the road, hammering from 7 in the morning. And it looks like more building plots will be started in the near future. (This work had nothing to do with the recent hurricane)

House was lovely property manager was rude!

Communication with property manager was difficult. This visit was shortly after hurricane Ian. Information about the status of our trip was difficult. The orginal property didn't have power so we were given a different home. We were grateful to even be able to have our vacation. Apparently there was a boil water notice for the area. We were never notified of this!The house had 2 1/2 rolls of tp for the week. When I asked for more I was told that We were expected to provide our own. There was no dish soap to was dishes by hand or in the dishwasher. It was requested that we wash towels and sheets to help the cleaning crew. I am happy to do this however, there was no detergent. I was told I needed to replace the detergent. I didn't use any of their detergent and I certainly wasn't going to buy some to wash their sheets and towels. We use vrbo frequently even used one with this management group last year with no issues. I don't understand why basic supplies were not available. This needs to be stated in the rental agreement. Not many people go on a weeks vacation with their own toilet paper and dish soap!

Shelley is correct, they did not stay at this location due to power not being restored to this home yet, after the hurricane. As for a boil notice, I was not made aware of this myself. As for communication; internet, power and water were down after Ian, hit us on Sept 28th. Restored in about 10 days at the time. Our housekeeper tries very hard to leave enough lanudry soap to do the towels and bed linens but many rental parties use that to do their own laundry, not even hotels do your laundry without a fee. As for TP, we leave 1 doudle roll/toilet plus what is on the holder- 2rolls if holder empty. Shelley advised used us the year before, the TP amount was the same. 10 days after Ian was a very yard time for all of us Thank you

Great summer vacation house

Had a wonderful week-long stay. The location was very nice, not a lot of neighbors around you, yet grocery store was right up the road and you are very close to 2 really good places to eat (Ephesus and Que-Rico). The neighborhood was pleasant to walk around and we took the bicycles out one morning. And the pool was great. We used that quite a bit, especially since red tide was at the beaches. Overall great rental. We would definitely stay again.

Nice place

The house was very quiet and secluded. Very nicely furnished, pool was clean as was the outside area. Pretty centrally located to both the beaches and Port Charlotte(about 15 minutes to either). Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet place to relax.

Our family traveled from New York for vacation and were reluctant to book after hearing about scams regarding Florida vacation rentals. We were beyond thrilled to arrive at Baytree Vacation Villa to find it sparkly clean, beautifully decorated and perfectly suited for our family. The home was even more fantastic than its photos. Great home!

We had such a great stay at this home. We originally scheduled to stay a week and after being there just two days we contacted the manager and asked for two extra days if they were available. The home had everything that you could need while away. It was spotless and well cared for. We had our young children with us and it suited our needs as well as home. Our next trip to the area I will be hoping to stay again.
