Oceanside, California's Top Vacation Rental Location. This BrooksBeachVacations whitewater ocean-view condo has been fully remodeled. The kitchen features all brand-new stainless steel appliances in 2023. There are quartz counters, a stainless steel sink, and all the kitchen accessories we could think of. The dining area has a large teak wood dining table with seating for four. The living room has a 50-inch smart TV, a fireplace, and a Queen-size pull-out sofa bed. The bedroom has a King Size Bed and a 50-inch smart TV. The large wall-mounted smart TVs in the bedroom and living room have Free Cable, and HBO & Showtime.
You have full access to the entire complex and everything NCV offers: pools, jacuzzis, gym, saunas, ping pong, pool tables, Fußball table, poolside barbeques, and feeding the fish at the giant Koi pond. There is 24-hour security roaming the property and all guests must be registered with the security office to be on site. The private resort atmosphere makes it the perfect place for a family vacation and has kept families returning year after year.
