This quaint cottage is the perfect location for a week of family fun! With shared/private lake access across the street (shared with only 4 other houses next door) you'll spend an incredible day relaxing and swimming in the lake! This beach area has a large lush grassy area with a fire pit, community chairs, community kayaks and a hammock. The sandy shallow bottom off the shore is perfect for floating and swimming. The cottage is adorable and newly remodeled. It's the ideal layout set up with a large screened in porch off the back with dining for your whole group.
Inside you'll find a fully equipped, newly remodeled kitchen, two newly remodeled full bathrooms, a large screened in porch, and a cozy living room. The downstairs has a bedroom with an ensuite full bath and the upstairs has two bedrooms with a shared full bath.
In the mood for a cocktail or meal out on the lake?...This cottage is conveniently located just a two min walk to Paddlers Pub on the quaint Lake Dunmore marina. It's a picture perfect setting!
