This is our 2nd time booking this cute house in Salida. It would have been the 3rd but it was already booked last year when we tried to grab it. The house is always clean, everything works, easy walk to downtown, and the hot tub is great after a long hike or bike ride. We’ll be back!

Great 1 week stay, just a few walking blocks from all the downtown and river activity. Clean with comfortable beds and all we needed in the kitchen. Coffee, tea, towels and shampoo provided. Hot tub a great even though the summer has been warm the nights cool off nicely for a soak. Parking in the back nice, off of the street. Good communication with the host. Loved the area, lots to do.

We would definitely stay there again. Just 1 slightly critical observation.....there is 1 AC unit in the living room. So, the entire home is not air conditioned. Salida has been rather warm this summer so, the guests that stayed in the back bedroom, farthest from the AC, were a bit warm sleeping. Otherwise, everything was great!

Rafting weekend.

We couldn’t have been much happier with this stay. Location was great, and the large driveway was perfect for both our raft trailer and camper at the same time.

Salida Getaway

My wife and I loved staying at the Riverside R & R. The location was great for walking all over town and keeping a relaxed schedule. The hottub was a wonderful added bonus after trail runs and hiking ventures! We would definitely choose to stay here again, given the opportunity.
