This place was perfect for our 2 person trip! The VRBO was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. I appreciated the designated parking and opportunity to do free laundry on site. The location was great for access to Acadia and Bar Harbor, we got to see a lot of the island. The hosts were prompt and helpful in their communication, much appreciated!

Perfect place to explore the island and Acadia! Had all of the amenities we needed including a hot plate and nice little kitchen area. Super helpful to have laundry too. Overall very clean, easy stay.

Really great property! Generous parking situation, nice coffee maker, most basic kitchen items (utensils, hotplate, pans, refrigerator), and a sweet little bathroom. Within a 20-40 minute drive to acadia. I’d definitely recommend checking out Abel’s, which is only 5 min away. Host communication was timely and very clear. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy and quiet

Great stay. Had all the amenities we could need. Nice quiet and peaceful spot away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area but an easy drive to and from.

Laundry was extremely nice. Entrance area needs the bushes pruned, got wet walking in and out during rain events. The pictures do not accurately show how low the ceiling is in the unit. You really need to watch your head when walking around. A few comfortable chairs or a futon to sit on would be nice. All in all a great area to stay in (we stayed in Somesville in the unit for a week) and the unit was clean and very well maintained.

Charming getaway in Acadia

The space is beautifully designed, combining modern amenities with cozy touches. Terrific Studio in a Great Location

The unit is very cozy, good for one or two people. Exceptionally clean with all the amenities you'd need for a quick trip to Acadia National Park and the surrounding area. Had a wonderfull time.

We had a fantastic stay at the Zen Den. The area was quiet and peaceful. The home and room was very clean and well maintained. It was perfect for the 2 of us and we loved all of the amenities provided. Check in and check out was very easy! We had a question regarding the heat and the host responded immediately! The location was perfect for exploring Acadia National Park and we loved stopping at Bar Habor for some yummy food and shopping. Such a convenient location!

Great accommodations with parking, accessible, nicely decorated, small but just enough for two. Only complaint is the noise from neighboring visitors. Would recommend to others.

Cozy visit

We enjoyed our visit at the Zen Den. Location was great and it is nicely appointed for a small space. We did however find the slanted ceiling a challenge and bumped our head several times a day. That said, the host makes the most of the space and otherwise we had a nice stay!

This property was small but it was perfect for our needs. Would not recommend for tall people because the sloped ceiling resulted in us hitting our head several times. Location was the biggest perk because we could get everywhere on MDI easily from our accommodations. The road noise didn’t bother us at all even though this property is on a busy street.

Comfy & Quaint

Our two-night stay in this adorable space near Acadia National Park was wonderful. Zen Den is a short drive from a number of amazing trails and the awe-inspiring views of Cadillac Mountain. It was a peaceful retreat for busy outdoor adventures. The space itself was cozy and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A highlight of our trip was discovering Peter Trout's Tavern & Inn - a must-visit for delicious food and warm hospitality. Overall, a fantastic getaway all around. Thank you so much for the stay!

Great Stay

The studio is clean and in a great location to access Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. As described in other reviews, the ceiling is slanted and walls are thin. My husband bumped his head a few times and we could hear children playing in the other units. These two items did not hinder our experience.
