Cozy house with a surprisingly large, open front room. Perfect for a single guest or couple who want the option for occasional guests. Newly refinished jack-and-jill bathroom with tub connects master bedroom and guest bedroom/office. Fenced area behind house perfect for people with small dogs. Fire pit in back yard. Walk through back yard to reach legion stadium, just across the street, and take in a semi-pro baseball game!
