Come and stay at the beach!! Located on quiet Sail Bay, yet only 2 minutes walk to the ocean and busy Mission Beach, this is southern California at its best. Watch the kids play on the beach from the balcony with its unobstructed views of beautiful Sail Bay.
You can rent a bike and cycle along the boardwalk, or just hit the beach and relax.
With many restaurants, bars and cafes nearby you can walk everywhere, and leave the car in one of your two private parking spaces.
This beautiful, bright, clean, and spacious vacation home is just steps to the serene Sail Bay beach, and two minutes walk across Mission Blvd to Mission Beach and the ocean.
This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo spread over 2 floors is perfect for family and friends to enjoy.
Downstairs the large living room has sliding doors which open out onto the balcony with its grill and table and chairs, where you can watch people cycling, jogging, and walking along the boardwalk. On the water you can see paddle boards, kayaks, and sail boats go by. Whether drinking your coffee in the sunshine in the morning or watching the SeaWorld fireworks on a warm summer evening you’ll be spending a lot of time here.

The spacious modern kitchen has a table that will seat 4, and is fully equipped with everything that you’ll need.
Upstairs the master bedroom, with its own private full bathroom offers a king sized bed, from where you can watch the sunrise in the morning, and a large walk in closet.
The second bedroom is next to another separate full bathroom and offers a full over full bunk bed and lots of closet space.

Host were great communicators. Great view. Very clean. Good location to restaurants. Parking is very tight and I could not fit my SUV into garage, but there was room outside garage door to park. It was also tight but parking is at a premium in this area so just glad to have a designated spot to park.

The location of this property was perfect. Right on Mission Bay beach with amazing views. Great to wake up to the sunrise on the Bay every morning. The two stories make it perfect for families and allows separation between living space / kitchen and bedrooms. Can't wait to go back!

So the biggest problem with the property was the lack of air conditioning. We were in the upper 2 and it was hot. The manager brought extra fans but for what we paid, we expected air conditioning. I’m not sure where the communications failed but I didn’t get check in instructions. The owner told me he sent them but I checked my emails again and they weren’t there. Maybe spam but I don’t check spam. Anyway on a very positive note it was a great location.

Old run down property with lipstick on it with a kitchen and bathroom makeover, holes in wall, paint chipping all over, murky smelling all over, no two light bulbs the same color, not enough soap for shower. Felt like a glorified motel. Parking spot small for a truck with no specifications of what type of vehicle to bring and rude and pushy neighbors in this condo complex. And not cheap. Would never stay here again. Only redeeming quality is its close to actual beach. The bay in front of it feels like the end of a lagoon with a view of the parking lot. Do not waste your money here.

Perfect Location

Really enjoyed our time in this condo. Perfect location with the beach just outside the door. Nice cafes and quiet restaurants and bars a couple of minutes walk away. The condo itself was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We're from England and love California and the west coast. We have a soft spot for San Diego in particular, and when the chance to own a little bit of it for ourselves came up, we jumped at the chance.

Why they chose this property

It is in a quiet peaceful location, with beautiful views and only 2 minutes walk to many convenience stores, cafes, coffee shops, rental shops, bars, quality restaurants and Mission Beach on the otherside of Mission Blvd.
Walk 10 minutes north and you will get to the Crystal Pier area, which has many more lively bars and great restaurants.
Walk 10 minutes south and you will get to Belmont Park and the famous wooden rollercoaster there, and all the other nearby attactions.
Jump in the car, and SeaWorld, Downtown San Diego, the Old Town, beautiful La Jolla, Torrey Pines, and many many more attractions are close by.
Also Legoland and Disneyland are easily reachable.

What makes this property unique

We love the piece and quiet of the bay, the fantastic sunrise in the morning, and just sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.
Breakfast at the Olive Cafe around the corner never disappoints, and having everything within 2 minutes walk is a great bonus.
Watching the sun go down over on Mission Beach followed by a steak at Saska's across the road, and then walking back for a glass of wine on the balcony makes for a great end to the day.
