The place is in a quiet neighborhood but close to all we wanted to see in Narragansett. The kitchen is great, living room is very comfortable and there is a nice private back yard.

My family and me, including our little dog, stayed here for my Daughter’s Orientation at URI. The house is very clean and centrally located to the College and the beaches. It’s on a quiet little street, our dog loved it! The house is so clean and cute, we loved all the beachy pictures in the house! Jaye was so sweet and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again!

Jaye is a great Host-Very accommodating. Clean bright rooms, A/C kept the whole place cool in spite of the outdoor temps. Living Rm and Kitchen were nice. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in. Thanks Jaye

Very clean 2 bedroom apartment on a pleasant neighborhood street. The accommodation was pet friendly and had off street parking for 2 cars. We were able to cook dinner and breakfast in the well appointed kitchen. The host was lovely!

Jay is a gracious host. She had everything available that we may have forgotten. She met us at the door and she was flexible with what time we got there. She overheard kids talking about how they wanted to sleep in the living room and next thing we knew, she had an air mattress and extra bedding for them. There were pillows and blankets galore. She had k- cups and ground coffee available. She even provided laundry detergent. House was comfortable and everything was very clean. Most likely will go back next year.
