Cozy retreat for 8 at 10 minutes from San Juan Airport and beaches

This beautiful cozy home is located in a humble community rich of culture, restaurants, beaches, etc. within 10 minutes drive on Uber or rental car. Sleeps 8 people and It is equipped with solar energy, a back patio with one above ground pool. Parking is prime but one parking spot is reserved in front of the house with cones (make sure cones are replaced when you move the vehicle). You can smoke in the patio area but please no smoking inside the house.
