We had an awesome time spent visiting with our daughter with her dogs at this beautiful property. My wife and I are from Australia and we thoroughly enjoyed our time on the lake , the property is peaceful and is well placed to enjoy the beach and lake.

Amazing! Peaceful, well-appointed, comfortable, cute, cozy, private and fun... this place was even better than advertised.The hosts have created such a thoughtful environment where you can truly make your stay whatever you want it to be. Relax on the porch overlooking the lake with a cuppa, curl up with a book or some coloring, cook or grill, kayak, hike, nap, or enjoy a glass of wine by one of the two fire pits at dusk.Yes, please - to all of it! We absolutely loved our stay.

Maggie was the best host it made our weekend stay perfect we had our daughters Very small wedding here . My kids loved swimming in the lake.. My dog loved sun bathing on the deck of the cottage. The weekend went by too quick. Hope to come back again soon.

The property is amazing! The house had everything you could possibly want for a cottage stay. The views of the lake were such an escape from our every day world. My husband made breakfast on the griddle in the upscale pavilion each morning. There are guests/owners which will share the beach area some days with you. They seemed really nice and laid back. If you are an introvert- go hike the numerous waterfalls in the area or rent a boat for exploring Lake Keowee! Our Goldador had the time of his life exploring and swimming the lake. The kayaks were a nice added bonus! We would highly recommend staying here.

The home was set up better than any rental we've utilized. Just like home, all the conveniences. The only thing I wish we had known is that the beach and covered area near the lake is used by the family who owns the property. On one of the days of our stay, there were carloads of family, friends and children enjoying the lake. It would have been nice to know this could be expected before renting. The spot was a little slice of heaven.

Beautiful and spacious cottage right on the lake. Serene, peaceful and crystal clear water. Hosts thought of everything and provided anything you might need. We enjoyed using the kayaks and relaxing on the deck.
