Newly renovated and spacious cottage with fully stocked kitchen and butler’s pantry, new pool and spacious patio with dining and lounge areas. Four bedrooms (two king beds, one queen bed, one full-sized bunk) plus spacious playroom with 2 twin beds. Short walk to cafes, boutiques, restaurants, Mother’s Beach, Marina, playground, pizza and ice cream shop. Short drive to Fire Island beach ferries, oceanside golf, public tennis courts and more!

Please note that the swimming pool and sports equipment are used at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Owner accepts no liability for loss or injury.

We had an amazing stay, as a multigenerational family this house was the perfect space for us. The house was perfectly clean with amenities and everything we could need. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the village. Salila was great host to connect with and ensured we were looked after. This house was great for small kids and very safe with the pool monitors and alarms in place.

Great vacation!

The property was well located, a short walk from town. It has a large flat backyard and a beautiful pool. Lots of pool toys and outdoor games. There are essentially 5 bedrooms counting the playroom where our toddler slept. Lots of indoor space also for our combined families. And ping pong and pool table in the basement!
