Welcome to Seabrook - secluded ocean front cabin with an open floor plan. Rough cut timbers and pine wood floors provide a very cozy feel. The cabin has a covered screened in porch with a southern view of Racoon Cove. Outside the property has an outstanding vista of Cadillac Mountain in Acadia National Park. Cabin sits near the shore and provides water access for kayaking, and exploring Raccon Cove. Relax by a beautiful babbling brook in the back yard. The property is also centrally located in Lamione and is close to all of its amenities, just 1 1/2 miles from Marboro Beach, 1/2 mile from freshwater swimming at Bloomfield Park on Blunt's Pond, and 3 miles from Lamoine State Park, and Lamoine Beach. All saltwater sites provide boat access to Frenchman's Bay. Both portions of Acadia, (Mount Desert Island and the Schoodic Pennisula), and Bar Harbor are within a 15-20 minute drive. Ellsworth is within 10 mins for easy access to groceries, gift shops, restaurants, movies, and even LL. Bean.


Multi Family Options - Rent two and save.: We also own property #182554 next door. Newly built post & beam cottage is a 3 bedroom, one bath with an additional sleeping loft. An open floor plan, rough cut timbers and hardwood floors provide a very cozy cabin feel. Outside the property has a large open deck with a southern view of Cadillac Mountain in Acadia National Park. A short walk down to the shore provides water access for kayaking, and exploring Raccon Cove. Rent both properties and save $100.00 on each rental.

We had a great stay at this cabin. Very private with excellent access to Bar Harbor and Acadia. Short drive to Ellsworth. The cabin was the perfect place for our stay. Host was very responsive as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet Cabin

This place was fantastic. We were so immersed in nature and quiet it felt like we were deep in the woods. Only 15 minutes to Ellsworth, and 40 to Acadia. The cabin was great, and felt very rustic, but had all the amenities we needed. Wifi was solid which was good since the phone coverage was spotty. Total getaway, and we even saw deer in the driveway a couple of times.

We had a fabulous time here. The cabin was clean, well equipped and quiet. It was close to Bar Harbor and Acadia, but far enough away to provide the solitude we were looking for. We spent every day outside exploring the area. We canoed on the cove and fished at Lamoine State Park. Nate was easy to reach if needed, but we had no issues. We’d love to come back.

Amazing Cabin

Loved every second staying at this property. The seaside cabin, the fire pit, the brook in the backyard and the little trails around the cabin were fantastic to experience while on vacation. We are a family of five that live locally in Lamoine. We got into vacation rental properties when we found from our own experiences it to be impossible or to costly to book hotel rooms for larger families. That's when we started offering vacation properties in our area. We also discovered by renting from others what makes a great rental experience, so we made each of our properties is uniquely different. Whether its hand cut post and beam, seaside cottage, secluded waterfront cabin, or a traditional Maine lakeside camp, we try to offer a wide range of a real Maine experience. Why they chose this property

Seabrook on Raccoon Cove is a wonderfully unique property. It offers the quiet peaceful rural neighborhood feel but has enough property to be very secluded. The ocean views and wrap around brook right out the front door offers days of play and relaxation.

What makes this property unique

The property offers two cabins. One main cabin with two sleeping areas and a seaside "bungalow" 25 feet from the shore for a more private getaway. Both offer views of Mount Desert Island and Cadillac Mountain.
