About this space
This bright, open studio combines modern comforts (mini-split, king bed) and eclectic style (concrete floors, vintage furniture, local art). Nestled in an urban neighborhood with several bars, restaurants, and cafes, it's two and a half miles from the Santa Fe plaza, less than two miles from Meow Wolf, and just a couple blocks from The Pantry, the best breakfast spot in town. It's also got a large, fenced yard, perfect for soaking up the southwestern sun!
The space
Large studio space with open living, sleeping and dining areas. Bathroom with shower and basics such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels. Kitchenette includes full fridge with freezer, sink, kettle, microwave and Keurig. The kitchen has all other basic amenities, including silverware, dinnerware, and basic condiments.
Guest access
You'll have full access to the private studio casita, as well as shared access to the large enclosed yard.
Other things to note
Sorry, no toaster ovens or hairdryers as they are potential fire hazards!
