Love the house

We had a great time. The house was in a great location to the beach, shopping and dining. We would definitely book again at this location.

Several issues with the property, received initial response from host but then nothing. Received an email a week later.Pool is not salt waterHouse was dirty - moldy kitchen mat on back porch, hot tub is nasty, kitchen counter was sticky as well as coffee grinds in coffee maker. pool table is shot, not tips on the sticks. Mini fridge needed defrosting and had either exploded item or mold growing in it. Just to name a few issues.

There was a problem with one of the doors and dishwasher. Contacted property management and problem resolved that day. There was no propane for the grill.

Not sure what was going on with this house but when we arrived we were all excited to start our vacation but as we looked around it was dirty...... counter top in kitchen, floor, the air fryer was used and never cleaned. The couch had stains on it. As we went into bedrooms there were pre packaged sheets for us to put them the beds , when we pulled back comforter that had noticeable disgusting stains on it & the matress pad has multiple gross stains on it .(this was true through out the house) There were pillows in closet were stained yellow -just gross. Shower curtain had mold on it. The outdoor metal chairs on our balcony were so rusted i was afraid to sit on them. Not sure if -in the description it said it was right next to a 4 lane roadway-( but unfortunately there was no sitting on balcony just the sound of cars zooming and multiple sirens daily.) Definitely not what we expected. I did call the 1-800 number and they did send out a cleaner who was very nice she took pictures of all of this- who gave us all new mattress pads and comforters for each room . Also had to make another call we tried to use the grill - epic fail, only a small portion of grill worked luckily only cooked hotdogs which took forever, someone came out to replace ignitee . I went to the store and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the kitchen .I'm sure at some point it was a beautiful house. Very disappointing vacation home, not sure who dropped the ball.
