Our high speed internet at Sandy Ridge is 500 mbps to accommodate those who are working during their vacation and to meet the demand of multiple users streaming their own entertainment.

Sandy Ridge Oasis is a large 2000 sq.ft. bungalow with 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8), and 3 full bathrooms. This open concept home has the kitchen in the middle of the house, with a bar/counter overlooking the breakfast nook, family room (with a 65” Smart TV), and pool area lanai. Two work areas were recently added; a desk, office chair and a computer monitor for one of the workspace and the second workspace includes a desk and an office chair. Air conditioning and lots of ceiling fans ensure a cool comfortable interior.

There are 2 large master bedrooms with queen sized beds each with a 55" Smart TV and ensuite washrooms (5 and 3 piece washrooms). One master bedroom has an exit to the pool area, providing easy access to the shower and washroom after your swim. In addition to the 2 master bedrooms, there are 2 themed bedrooms, each have 2 twin beds each; 1 themed for Disney including Princess Elsa and Anna, and the other themed for Sea World. A Pack ‘n Play, stroller and highchair is available in the home for families with young children. There is also a playground for children and workout stations/equipment for adults 2 blocks down the street.

The best part of this vacation home is the view of the lake from the large 30 ft swimming pool, or from the covered lanai. A safety fence around the pool provides protection for our younger guests. Pool heat is optional at an additional fee ($30/day plus tax or $180/week+tax) but most of our late spring, summer and early fall guests do not require a heated pool. Simply relax from dawn ‘til dusk, or travel 10 minutes to World Drive, the entrance of Disney World!

We often update and upgrade our home; in 2019 hardwood flooring was installed throughout the entire house and the main areas of the house was painted. A new microwave was installed in 2022.

All within 1 mile of the house are: McDonald’s, Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, China King , CVS pharmacy, Anytime Fitness, Publix and Aldi grocery stores. A 24 hr Walmart 10 minutes away. Golf is 1.7 miles away at Reunion, and 3.2 miles away for Champions Gate.
