Charming and well-appointed home with beautiful setting and great amenities in the high-end Sailhouse neighborhood! You’ll love the ample porch space on three levels, chef’s kitchen, and luxurious primary bedroom with sitting area and views of the bay. Sailhouse has a delightful pool, and the private pier and small "beach" area are perfect to enjoy even more time outdoors. The number of dogs is limited to two. Fulton restaurants are just five minutes down the road!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Just a reminder to also take trash in the outdoor can to the dumpster. Please adjust the thermostat up to 75 (warm weather) or 65 (cold weather). Return the pier key to the hook.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The number of guests is limited to six. Music speakers are prohibited on outside porches. Put all trash in dumpster at west community entrance.
There are no dualies, campers, or oversized vehicles allowed in Sailhouse due to limited parking. The HOA will tow oversized vehicles.

We had an absolutely wonderful time spending Thanksgiving at Holly's. Talk about a fully-stocked kitchen! Holly had everything I needed to make our holiday feast, and more. The beds were super comfortable, the views were fantastic, the little beach was deserted and lovely, and the pier is a wonderful, nightly fishing spot. We'd return again and again. We love Sailhouse and this house in particular.

Kim Rockport trip 2024

This place is amazing. The checkin process was early at 3 pm and easy. The place is clean and practically new. The appliances all work and kitchen is well stocked. Loved the multiple balconies especially the third floor. Communication with Holly was quick and easy. Would have preferred direct text or phone access. The pier is in excellent condition and really liked that it was private. Disappointed in the beach pictured in the listing. Lots of shells and jelly fish. Would recommend Rockport Beach or Port Aransas. Besides this really satisfied with our stay.

Our family stayed here for spring break and absolutely loved it! The house was well stocked, clean and close to stores, restaurants and the beach. Definitely would recommend and would consider staying here again the future.
