Designer farmhouse on private vineyard. Includes 6 bikes, fire pit, bocce ball court, and even bathrobes and slippers for your comfort. The perfect wine country getaway! Located in the heart of premier Sonoma Valley surrounded by rolling hills and vineyards as far as you can see. Casa Vina is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath newly updated vintage farmhouse nestled on an old country road only a few minutes from the historic downtown Sonoma Plaza with restaurants, museums, galleries, shops, parks, entertainment and historic sites. Immaculate and sanitized, our home is fully furnished w/ Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware decor with a cool vintage flair. Check out our sexy 1940's Wedgewood range! Amazing vineyard views and outdoor relaxation areas throughout the property. Relax around the fire pit or enjoy a game of bocce ball, crochet or horse shoes. We're near Napa, Glen Ellen, Kenwood, St. Helena and the Carneros Valley with over 450 wineries in Sonoma County to choose from! Just 15 minutes from Sonoma raceway! Plenty to do here in Sonoma - take a self guided bike tour to the nearby wineries on our cruiser bikes (Maps included). End a perfect day in wine country by slipping into our crisp and cozy white linens beneath fluffy comforters for a great night's sleep. Enjoy your morning coffee in white robes, overlooking gorgeous Pinot Noir and Merlot vineyards. Sonoma truly is one of the most extraordinary places on earth.

• We request no shoes be worn in the home and provide a basket of clean house slippers for your comfort.

KITCHEN~ fully stocked with beautiful marble counters, vintage double sink w/ built-in drainboards and a sexy 1940's Wedgewood stove!
• Sunny breakfast nook with French doors leading out to a private patio with gorgeous rolling vineyard view.
• "Ready-to-go" picnic basket and blanket for a fun outing!
3 BEDROOMS: 2 queen beds and 1 full/double bed (sleeps 6 max)
•Hotel quality white linens, allergen-free alternative down comforters, pillows with allergen-free covers and lots of extra comfy blankets and pillows.
• Closet for hanging clothes, dresser drawers and Armoires for guests use.
• Ceiling fans in all bedrooms for a comfortable night sleep. (Note, air conditioning is not necessary in this part of Sonoma as the cool ocean breeze rolls in from the coast in the evenings and the house stays nice and cool.)
LIVING ROOM: Spacious and comfy w/ slip-covered Pottery Barn sofas, vintage reclaimed wood tables, and nice lighting for reading and dimmers for relaxing ambiance.
• Fast Wifi, Smart TV, a large movie library, books, board games, poker chips, cards, cribbage, chess and more!
• Bluetooth music streaming that easily connects to your device.
2 Full BATHROOMS (w/ fluffy towels, hair dryers, cotton make-up remover pads, Q-tip and shampoo/conditioner, body soap and hand soap)
Bath #1... gorgeous modern farmhouse bathroom with large shower located next to all 3 bedrooms.
Bath #2... beautiful vintage farmhouse bathroom with shower overlooking our private vineyard. You'll love this bathroom that's located in a historic 1940's bathhouse just a few steps out the back door of the main house (near the firepit patio) Always a guest favorite with easy access, day and night.
OUTDOOR SPACES: Enjoy the warmth of a cozy wine barrel fire pit with 6 comfortable Adirondack chairs and a basket of cozy lap blankets, overlooking the private Pinot Noir vineyard. Try your skills at bocce ball, lawn croquet or a game of horseshoes. Relax under a grapevine trellis or one of our many outdoor seating areas throughout the fully landscaped property. Soak in the warm Sonoma sun on double wide reclining sunbeds!
• Please note, Sonoma County Ordinance requires fire pits to be extinguished by 10pm at all vacation rentals and NO open flames whatsoever if its windy out or "red flag warnings" have been issued.
• Gas BBQ grill
• Covered outdoor dining patio with chandelier over a 9' long historic farm table with spectacular views of rolling grapevine hills.
• Mature landscaped property w/ olive trees, table grapes, wine grapes, fruit trees, seasonal vegetable garden and plush green lawns.

Return bikes to Bike Barn & lock barn door.
Put Bike Barn key back in "key box" in living room.
Put robes/slippers in laundry room hamper.
Close door to outside bathroom & turn light off.
Close & lock all windows.
Turn off fans & lights in house.
Don’t throw food out - we'll donate it.
Put Recycle, Compost & Trash in designated bins on Right side of house.
Sign GUEST BOOK in living room.
Lock back door, French doors in kitchen & the front door

Yassou! We're native Californians of Greek and Italian descent who love baseball, old cars and undiscovered garage wines! Passionate about our professions of Real Estate and Kitchen and Bath Design, we've been blessed to have purchased and renovated this old house, turning it into our vacation home we call Casa Vina, our "happy place" in wine country.
Why they chose this property
We chose this property because of its location. We're located just a couple miles from the historic Sonoma Plaza with dozens of wineries within a 10 mile radius. Several within walking or biking distance. Our home is situated right in the middle of wine country.
What makes this property unique
Sonoma is known for it's laid back atmosphere. A few of our favorite things to do are riding the cruiser bikes around the countryside and into town, and watching the sunset from our outdoor dining table, with beautiful views of the rolling hills lined by the vineyards that surround us. Every season in Sonoma is so uniquely beautiful but Fall is our favorite... miles of vibrantly, colorful vineyards stretching over rolling hills as far as your eye can see. Simply gorgeous and truly breathtaking!
