Located ocean block approximately 1/2 block to the beach. Enjoy the two balconies on the home that offer an ocean view. The floor plan of this home includes one bedroom and bath on the first floor and an open living, kitchen and dining area. The second floor includes a primary bedroom with a full bath and two separate bedrooms that share a hall bath. As an added bonus the owner provides linens for this rental unit. This unit also has access to the hotel pool located on Read St. The perfect vacation rental! *Pet friendly with a $300 non refundable pet fee per pet- Dogs Only- Breed Restrictions. *Please note that a full flight of steps is required to get to the first level of living.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

GREAT pre-season vacation!

As with our previous stays this rental AND our Coldwell Banker agent excelled, easily 'checked off all the boxes' to make this a perfect get-away. The house itself is nicely furnished and clean, the kitchen is very well stocked with cooking, baking and serving gear, and we especially enjoy hanging out on the 3 decks to chat, have drinks, check ocean conditions & watch gorgeous sunsets.
