This particular property did not meet our expectation for the money spent.Here's a list of issues that we encountered as the week went on:House in general was dirty: couches and couch pillows were filthy; dirty dishes in the cabinet; grill was dirty and no way to clean it; bathrooms dirty.The shower on the main floor had electrical tape around the faucet to prevent changing the water temperature. Toilet on main floor grew a dirty, moldy ring inside as the week went on. There is no way a cleaning team had been there recently.Pool decking was horrible - leaves cluttered the cement skirt around the pool, which then ended up in the pool. It has been quite awhile since the pool area/especially the side of the house at the pool - has been power washed. The pool was cleaned mid-week and the pool itself then was great! But the surrounding cement skirting needed lots of attention.The dishwasher did not clean dishes - filter probably needs to be cleaned.Freezer set too cold - we could not find how to turn it down.We killed roaches in the kitchen and dining area - and saw several out on the deck at the kitchen level.None of the TVs worked properly initially - we called on this one item - not sure what the fix was, perhaps batteries in all the remotes - ??? No one followed up with us on this.Shuffleboard game on bottom floor was pitted and unusable.The house could be a great place, but needs a lot of attention to detail.To say the least, we were very disappointed.
