This is a wonderful property - clearly old, but completely renovated inside. It's a great home to be the center of exploring the area. It's close to North Adams, Shelburne Falls, and Vermont. Everything about the place was great.
Joe is a fantastic host! This property is beautiful. The house was exceptionally clean. The fall colors and riverside location made our morning walks so peaceful and enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return!
My friends and I had the most wonderful weekend here. We traveled to Massachusetts in order to go to MASS MoCA on Saturday and Sunday. The house is beautiful and comfortable, the location peaceful and the property was lovely, we enjoyed seeing chipmunks, birds and even foxes. Joseph was very responsive, it was a seamless and relaxing stay. We will most definitely book again for our next visit to the North Adams.
This was such a lovely home to have our group of 7 stay in! The access to the river, big kitchen with two sinks, and giant living room couch all made our stay so much better. Thank you for allowing us to have a great weekend!
Exquisite property. Chill atmosphere. Plenty of space for family togetherness. We would have stayed another night if the cost was within our budget. We recommend this property.
The hosts were so accommodating for my friends and me, sending area recommendations in advance. We loved cooking in the beautiful kitchen and spending time together!
We spent two nights at this beautiful property and loved our stay as a family of 6, kids aged 9-18 years old. Everyone had their own space and the accommodations were so comfortable. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. We spent our time hiking near the Hoosac tunnel just a few miles down the road from the property and experienced the most gorgeous waterfalls. We also floated down the Deerfield River, which is directly across the street, with inflatable tubes provided by the owners and had the best time together. We headed over to Berkshire East Ski Resort and had a blast riding the mountain coasters! We took a afternoon trip to North Adams and drove along the most beautiful scenic highway up through the mountains. We would definitely stay here again and all agree it was the highlight of our summer!
The property is beautiful with a mountain backdrop. Everything inside was updated and comfortable. Convenient location to things to do in surrounding towns. We stayed here for a wedding at Amongst the Oaks and it was perfect!
We loved the spacious flow of the house - plenty of room for all of us - we loved the barn (ping pong) firepit and tubes foran epic river float! Great paint colors and decor in the house too!
Two families and a range of ages in our two families found comfort, laughs, and enough space to relax in this lovely place. We recommend if you are looking to ride small rapids, visit MassMoCA, enjoy Shelbourne Falls, or just soak in the Beekshes, this stay-cation is a great home base.
The spacious open plan house was perfect for us and 4 other family members. It is in a beautiful mountain location and loved the barn for BBQ with the picnic table and ping pong. The outdoor firepit was a wonderful spot to hang out evenings and the porch with rocking chairs was perfect for morning coffee.
Beautiful Home!!! So spacious and perfect for a relaxing family get together! Beautifully updated and decorated while maintaining the integrity of such a gorgeous historic home!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Thank you so much for staying with us. We are happy you had a nice stay and hope you return soon!
We loved our stay!! The house is SO cute! Great decorations and very comfortable to hang around. There were games, great space to eat or relax and all the extra of having shampoo and conditioner was great! Highly recommend renting this adorable home!
The house was perfect! Every bedroom was comfortable with lovely decorating. Living areas expansive with seating for 8. Excellent kitchen. House had everything we needed from kitchen, bedding, games, outdoor spaces. we were there for a family wedding but would come back to ski!
We loved our stay here. Helpful hosts, and a home that is even better than the pictures show. It is recently renovated and beautifully done.
There are plenty of games for kids and the location is close to the river and within 30 minutes of North Adams!
A gorgeous country home just as described and better. Modern appliances, spacious rooms, and beautiful backyard garden. Very relaxing front porch with rocking chairs. We attended a wedding nearby and afterward it was so nice relaxing in the Adirondack chairs in the back yard. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this home
This property is prettier than the photos. It’s a worthy drive from the Berkshires or UMass Amherst with the cleanest home you’ll find. The gardens and friendly chipmunks are perfect, the surrounding mountains offer beautiful views and home is great for an extended family get away. The hosts are so helpful and kind and I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Thank you so much for staying and we hope you are able to come back to Clover Hill soon!!
The house and area are terrific. The kitchen is great to work in, the play-garage with the ping pong table, grill and picnic table were just the thing for hanging out and relaxing as was the fire pit in the back yard. It was so nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were great with easy communication.
Spacious and beautifully restored historic home in Western Mass. The house was exactly as advertised, lots of space with comfortable bedding, incredibly clean, and so tastefully decorated combing historic charm with modern amenities. A gem of a place in an area that doesn't have many accommodations. I look forward to staying again in any season.
This was the perfect hub for our family reunion! We came in the middle of a heat wave so thank goodness for good A/C! It was so nice and comfortable. Plenty of space and seating for everyone. I would suggest adding beach towels for the river since we weren't allowed to use the house towels. They are a quick and easy solution for avoiding dirty house towels. We had no way of bringing pool towels on our travels and had to ask our cousins to share their towels with us. I would also add more house towels as we had 6 towels and 7 people staying in the house. I would also suggest window coverings in the master bedroom. Otherwise, a perfect stay! The host was so helpful and so many wonderful recommendations in the check in notebook!
The setting is ideal for relaxing, exploring and outdoor activities. The house is inviting and has a homey vibe. The house was clean, furniture is comfortable, kitchen had everything needed. Artwork, pottery and decor were wonderful additions to the home. The outdoor spaces and garage offer a variety of choices and the garden is beautiful! The hosts were accommodating and communication was good
