My wife and I rented this lovely loft for a long-weekend stay during the first of October. It was a lovely trip, and we very much enjoyed this centrally-located, quiet, and clean loft. Communication from the host was excellent, and we didn't have any questions upon arrival, or at any time during our stay.10/10

Fantastic location on historic Harrison Street in downtown Leadville. Super convenient to shops and restaurants. Very clean, modern loft with an outdoor porch that has views of the saloon and the mountains beyond. So glad we stayed here for 2 nights.

This was our second year running staying at this room. It’s perfect for two, clean modern and comfortable. Perfect location on the main drag. If they put up one or two peices of neutral art to fill the large blank wall in the loft it would definitely go to another level. But it’s really a comfortable place to stay.

Great stay, perfect space for 2. Good location for walking downtown. Parking is short walk away but not too bad (muddy this time of year).

Awesome property

We loved this place. Perfect location right on the main st. The place is clean and comfortable. We were heard getting acclimated for the Leadville 100MTB. If you stay here for the race you are a few steps from the start and finish.

The unit was nice but it could be better if it had a few more pans, sharp knifes, and wash cloths. Also the countertops were all cracked.
