The bedrooms have lush bedding and linens with a new king maze mattress added to the 2nd bedroom, and the fully equipped, ultimate gourmet kitchen state of the art equipment: Sub-Zero refrigerator for perfection in freshness and wine temperature, Wolf appliances designed by chef’s with a passion, cabinets made of imported fine mahogany, from Africa, floors are made of 100% natural stone Peruvian travertine.

This condo villa is 1414 square feet of heaven wrapped with 439 sq ft of lanais with indoor and outdoor dining tables each seating 6. The interior features high quality furnishings for your enjoyment and comfort by International interior designer Philpott’s and Associates. The Master Bedroom Suite has a King bed, a full size dresser and a Master Bath with its own Jacuzzi jet tub for luxurious baths and a separate shower. The Second Bedroom has a BRAND New King size bed and a master bath with shower and tub. There is a third bathroom with a shower. With the queen sleeper sofa, this condo can accommodate up to 6 guests. There are 3 flat panel wall mounted TVs and a large selection of channels plus a DVD player. There is a safe in the condo.

There is Central AC in this condo as well as a full size washer and dryer for laundry!

The Resort is located in Historic Kapaa town, a 15 minute drive from the airport and ideally located right across the street with a Starbucks! Papaya's Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway, an Ice Cream Parlor. There is a Long's Drug Store nearby and Restaurants. Coconut Marketplace less than a mile down the road has island shopping and Kapaa town boasts the most amount of eateries on the island.

The rental was perfect in every way and better than advertised. The location is perfect to visit both north and south sides of the island. The condo itself is located in the corner making it very private. You can step out and walk to the beach a few steps away. The kitchen is fully stocked and the rest of the condo has everything one might need for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a great unit on the ground floor with an ocean view! We loved the extra large lanai and large grassy area where we hosted family gatherings. It was well stocked with everything you need including beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chests for day trips. Probably the best unit on the property! We plan to return again

Family time on Kauai

What a great place to stay while on our vacation to Kauai. The property is beautiful, the condo we had was amazing. Very well stocked, beautiful views with easy access to beach. The management for this condo is amazing! Any question asked was answered immediately. We would totally book this place again.

Great Location!

The main reason why we picked this rental was it's location. It's right in Kapa'a across of the shopping center where Safeway, Starbucks, Subway, and Wailua Shave Ice are and it was near where our family lives. The suite is also located in a great spot! Tucked away in the corner of the property on the ground floor, we had privacy and great outdoor space for dining. The kitchen was spacious and the washer and dryer came in handy. And of course, their pool with the slides and hot tubs are hard to beat. I'd stay here again and would recommend it for large families.

Wonderful location on the Island. Great views of the water, we woke up every day sat on the outside furniture and watched the sunrise. Overall great family celebration of a 50th Birthday.

This is a beautiful condo. We loved the patio furniture and ate most meals outside. It has a great grassy area and very close to beach and pool. We would return to this condo!

Definitely Recommend Staying here esp if you have Kids

We had a wonderful stay at Candace’s condo. It was well equipment and had everything we needed. The location is beautiful with the beach right across. The resort property is amazing, especially the pool with slides which was a great hit with our toddler. Location is central, not too far from both north and south shore of Kauai. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a perfect stay on the island.

Relaxing in Sun

We absolutely loved the place. It not only had basic supplies and equipment to cook with it also had beach equipment and games for people to use during the week. The resort was right on the water and the unit had an ocean view as well as a grassy areas to enjoy. A much better way to travel than a fancy hotel.

Awesome unit, perfect location!

Probably the best unit in the entire complex. Spacious and well equipped with beach gear. Kitchen had everything you could imagine needing. Keyless entry was so easy. Parking wasn’t an issue. Location on Kauai is central and across the street from grocery store and other shops. The pool is very nice but no pool service. Beach can get a bit windy but that’s Kapaa. We hope to return to this exact unit soon.

Perfect Family Vacation

My husband and I brought our four children and their spouses, and six grandchildren. We had four units, and several mornings, two of our grandchildren (who were staying on the second level of G building), would appear at the patio door to visit with us and two other grandchildren who were staying in our unit. We did not plan that, because we didn’t know the setup of the unit. It was an unexpected plus for us. We loved every minute of our stay. Perfect Kauai location

The kitchen was fully stocked and that was very important for our group of 6 as it isn’t cheap eating out all the time. The wrap around lanai was amazing versus being up any other floors that had a locked in lanai as this unit is on the first floor you can literally walk out to the manicured property straight to the beach. The beach area has a lot of coral and reef so water shoes was a must for us but there were plenty of beaches nearby that were all sand and less reef. The convenience of Safeway, Starbucks, ABC store and some restaurants across the street were great too. We enjoyed the Kauai ATV trip while visiting and highly recommend that as well. Thank you for the wonderful stay 😁

Perfect condo for 4 adults and a week in Kauai

Must be the best condo at the resort -- plenty of space, super clean, a well appointed kitchen, terrific view, lovely private lanai, located on the ground floor with easy access to both the beach and the pool, but at the end of the outer building so very quiet and private Candace and her team at Kauai Calls were super helpful and responsive to all questions. Thank you Candace! A Safeway, Waipouli Shave Ice, Kenji Burger, and Oasis at the Beach are all a short walking distance; restaurants and shops in Kapaa are a slightly longer walk away. Made eating or out very convenient. Highly recommend this condo and this resort.

Fantastic property perfect for the family

What a way to spend a week in the winter! The unit is even bigger than we expected, plenty of room for the family to spread out. The green space outside is a great place to relax, read a book, and watch the ocean. And the pool is just a short walk away! We loved opening the doors each morning to get the ocean breeze. Some great restaurants close enough to walk to as well as a Safeway just across the street. Beware of the traffic outside of the complex in Kapa'a during rush hour - even turning on to the highway can be a challenge! However, it's not a problem if you plan your day trips accordingly. Would definitely return to this property again and highly recommend!

Beautiful place

This condo was well stocked!!! We were honestly shocked by everything. There were 5 beach chairs, 4 boogie boards, 3 beach umbrellas. That was amazing when staying with a family of 6. It was an amazing view of the water. The beach right outside the condo had sandy beach. The pool was amazing. Though my teenagers would have rather had a pool with space to swim instead of walking around. It’s perfect for younger kids. The location on the island is close to many things including food shopping. The area it was in was a bit more run dow outside the condo than other areas of the island like PoiPu which isn’t run down at all. Just to be clear the condo/resort is not run down at all. If you are looking for a beautiful resort on the water that is centrally located this is the place for you.
