Unfortunately we don't have a lot of control over the community amenities so we appreciate your understanding. We hope you'll come stay with us again and we can earn that 5-star review.
It’s at the end of the strip, easily walkable to north end of town and back. Not too big of a deal, patio is basically connected to neighbors, they were our grilling right next to us in hot tub. Small deck, so not a lot of room to sit outside. Also, management company called day before we left to ask for $600 safety deposit. Probably should have mentioned that in the listing. Think they use it to sell one time $99 insurance fee instead of the deposit? Overall great stay and would absolutely book again.

As part of our check in procedures to ensure that we cover any damage that can occur while our guests are in our condos, we ask for a temporary hold on our guests' credit card - similar to what hotels do. This is only a hold and drops off the card within a day or 2. We did email you about this prior to your arrival, however we will be sure to add this to more communications upon booking.

Decent place to stay but would consider other options before booking
We had an enjoyable stay despite a few inconveniences. The private hot tub (which is half the reason we booked this stay) did not work. It was on the deck and full of ice. We had to walk across the parking lot to the shared hot tub. The microwave did not work. The sleeping situation was not ideal for 10 guests. Not enough towels for everyone. Not enough seating at the dinner table or in the living room for 10 people. The walk to the lifts was decent, not ideal in ski boots so definitely recommend taking shoes and getting a locker. We could NOT even fit our vehicle in the garage. We drove 2 standard sized trucks and there was not enough room to fit either one so we had to park across the road and request another parking pass. Very messy garage! I would definitely recommended seeking other options before booking!
A lot of space, well appointed with a private hot tub, and walking distance to downtown Breckenridge restaurants. Couldn't ask for more, and would certainly book again.
