We had a wonderful time at this property! The host, Danny, was so attentive to all our needs! The unit is very roomy, and the view right on the ocean is spectacular! The location is so convenient too, so we always walked to excellent restaurants Danny recommended. The condo is well-stocked with everything we needed. Great place to enjoy Cocoa Beach!! The Air and Water Show was a GREAT SURPRISE and we had first class seats right there!! The balcony is huge too!

Everything was wonderful for our stay! I have rented many homes and you never know what it will be like until you check in. Danny's place was perfect for someone flying in from out of town- he had the basics there ready for us (ex: toilet paper, dish pods, laundry pods) and he had plenty of beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The main door has to be opened remotely, and he was so understanding when we arrived later than planned. The condo is beautiful and is in a very walkable area. We would def stay in Danny's home again!

If you are looking for an immaculate place to stay with a gorgeous ocean view, direct access to a private, uncrowded beach, all within walking distance to places to eat, shop, and grab some great ice cream….THIS IS IT! We just spent a few days with our 2 year old granddaughter, recovering from Disney and this was perfect for our family of five. Very comfortable, with all the amenities. And Danny, our host, was wonderful and easy to communicate with. So glad we choose to stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay in Cocoa Beach! This condo was a great size for our family of 4. We loved the direct beach access, the beachside balcony, the aesthetics of the space, and the location was walkable to all kinds of restaurants, shops and nightlife.

Amazing trip!

We spent 3 nights here and was blown away by how perfect it all was! The size, decor, comfort and amenities were all 100%. We hung at the property 2 nights and went next door to the lively entertainment one night. There was great food and entertainment within walking distance and we could not have asked for more. The beach days were perfect with chairs, boogie board, football and more! It was a “10” we would absolutely recommend!!!
