About the host
Hosted by Adam

We live in Golden, CO and try to frequent Grand Lake as much as possible between the busy schedules of our teenagers. Our family has been visiting the Grand Lake area since the 50's. My mothers side of the family would move to Grand Lake in the summers to enjoy the lake life and sell real estate. When the opportunity came for us to purchase a property in Columbine Lake we jumped at the opportunity!
Why they chose this property
We love Grand Lake because of the abundant outdoor opportunities! Hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park, Boating in Colorado's Largest natural lake(Grand Lake), off roading, kayaking, snowmobiling, ice skating, fishing and hunting. There is something for everyone! The town of Grand Lake is one of the last un-developed Colorado mountain towns. It has stayed true to its heritage and really reminds us of the days when life was less hectic.
What makes this property unique
Our property is unique because of the awesome location near the town of Grand lake, the private Columbine lake community and backing to an open mountain area. We frequently see wildlife walking through our backyard.
