Fun Stay a Pineapple Paradise

We had a great stay at Pineapple Paradise. The place was clean and well taken care of. Our kids loved the ship bunkbeds and colourful/playful attire of the home. The host was very friendly and responsive. Only criticism I would comment on is there was a strange smell when the HVAC was running. Another notable: this property is a middle townhome. Which was not depicted in the pictures of the property. This is not meant as a negative, just a notable for future guests.

Hi Matthew! It was fantastic having you and your family at Pineapple Paradise! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay. Thank you so much for mentioning the scent you noticed on the first day. We take guest comfort very seriously, and we appreciate you letting us know. Your feedback is valuable to us! We actually had a cleaning service in the day before your arrival to ensure everything was fresh and sparkling clean for you. The scent you might have picked up could be one of a few things: - Air Purifier: We use an air purifier with a tropical scent to maintain a fresh and clean environment. When we checked the property after your departure, we noticed the air purifier wad been unplugged. We've re-plugged it and lowered the scent setting for future guests. - Island Aroma: Sometimes, a natural "island" smell can linger, especially with the warm weather. - Cleaning Products: The cleaning service might have used lemon-scented products during their routine cleaning. We're glad we didn't hear anything further about the scent after that first day, so we hope the scent was no longer there for the rest of your stay! Hopefully, this explanation helps! We want you to feel completely comfortable during your stay. In the future, if there's ever anything that isn't quite right, please don't hesitate to let us know. As an extra precaution, we'll also be having all the air vents in the property professionally cleaned to ensure optimal air quality for future guests. Thanks again for choosing Pineapple Paradise!
