We had a wonderful time here and would return again! Beach access and pool were great! Host was extremely responsive about how to make the dryer more functional. Appliances were new. Boogie boards, towels, beach toys, etc were provided. Saw a Starlink launch from the beach. Highly recommend!

The quintessential and perfect place to relax, just literal steps down the boardwalk to the beach and ocean. The decor is absolutely beautiful and significantly contributes to the feeling of ‘getting away’ from the daily grind or for whatever other reason brings you to this location.

My grandson and I absolutely loved our stay! The condo was perfect, and the views were stunning! On the day we arrived, he loved the layout so much he decided to take a very creative video to send ro his parents!I apprecited the beach towels, especially since we came from a Disney trip and didnt pack any. I also loved that there were beach chairs and toys on site.I appreciated the ease in communication before our trip. Every question was answered quickly, and suggestions given for the 4th of July weekend. I want to thank Charles and Vivian for the uae of their beautiful home! It is worth the stay!

We love the Royal Mansions!

We loved our stay at Royal Mansions! You can’t beat the view of the ocean and we spent most of our time by the pool which was beautiful. This was our first time in a 2br/2bath. Totally worth it. Our hosts Charles and Vivian provided us with a clean, well appointed condo. The communication went above and beyond and honestly we didn’t want to leave. We will be back for sure.

Very nice gated community with ample parking. Condo was very homey with fun seaside decor. Everything we needed was there from extra blankets and pillows to a well equiped kitchen. Cape Canaveral Oceanfront Gem!

This property is beautiful, spotless, and has gorgeous oceanfront views. The owners were very easy to communicate with, and were prompt to answer any inquiries we had. Royal Mansions is a lovely, gated oceanfront community in Cape Canaveral. This particular unit does have several sets of stairs, but the effort is well worth it! Tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and panoramic ocean views, this unit is a win-win! We hope to stay again sometime.

Home Away from Home!

Our 8- day vacation stay was amazing! Out of all of the VRBOs we’ve ever stayed in this one by far had exceeded expectations, specifically pertaining to communication, location, cleanliness, and service accommodations.The communication turn around time from Charles (property manager/owner) is typically within an hour, but usually less. The property had comfortable beds, was extremely clean, and provided the basic necessities to do laundry, dishes, etc. for your first couple nights on the property. For folks staying longer than 4-days you may want to know that there is extremely limited food storage containers (for leftovers or making tea, etc), no kitchen scissors, and a tiny cutting board. Otherwise, there is a coffee pot, blender, and small cutting board.Beach access was perfect with just a short walk over a bridge to get down to the ocean. The property provided boogy boards, sand castle stuff, and 4 camping chairs. When we weren’t at the ocean, we were either at the pool or in town. The pool was great, clean and went from 3ft to 6ft. It had a hot tub also. The property is close to everything. Literally 10 minutes from Ron Jon surf shop, 7 minutes from Pier 62, 10 minutes to all the restaurants in every direction and fishing charters, and 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center.Overall, out of all the places I was looking at in Cocoa Beach, this one caught my eye, but far exceeded our expectations. You won’t be disappointed staying here!

I really can't say enough about this property. We found it while searching for an alternate to our usual Gulf Coast Florida vacation that was disrupted due to hurricane damage. We came to this place because the other reviews were so positive. The biggest issue with this listing is the pictures are just so much less than the property itself. It is a beautiful, spotless, amazing place with a phenomenal location. The bedrooms and patio have picture perfect views of the ocean. The beach is a 2 minute walk. The pool is great; the people in the community are great. The restaurants are great (go to the river restaurants). There's playgrounds nearby, the Space Center is nearby (amazing). We saw a rocket launch right from the property. The only thing that was missing was beach toys for our 1 and 3 year old -- so we bought a bunch and left them behind. Hopefully the owners keep them for the next guests! Thank you to Charles and Vivian for maybe the best family vacation we've ever had.

Terrific condo, outstanding attention to detail

We stayed at this condo for six nights. It is a very impressive condo in many ways. It is very clean. There is no smell. The owners are very responsive and easy to work with. The views are superb. The owners attention to detail in setting up their property to be pleasant and convenient to guests is very obvious. The beach is really good. There are waves, though, so if your children do not like waves be aware of that. It is clean and very good for small children. There is plenty of shallow water to the little ones to swim. We enjoyed the beach. The condo is just under one hour away from Disney/Universal. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dish soap and dishwasher detergent. The appliances are very good. The dishwasher is very quiet and works well. We brought our own tea kettle, since there isn't one in the condo. There is a large sleeper sofa in the living room downstairs, a queen bed in the first floor bedroom and a queen bed in the upstairs bedroom. The upstairs bedroom cannot be closed off completely, so there is no privacy upstairs. If you want privacy, the first floor bedroom is the only choice. It has its own bathroom, too. The balcony is very nice, with an excellent view of the ocean. There is plenty of parking. There is a flight of stairs between the parking lot level and the condo. If we choose to stay at Cape Canaveral in the future, we will definitely rent this condo again. We are very, very happy with our stay here. Thank you Vivian and Charles!

If it looks to good to be true it probably is!!!

When we arrived and tried to setup internet using the supplied information, it never worked, I tried several attempts with no success. I made several attempts to contact the owner which failed "no response". I then contacted Vibo customer service they tried to contact owner "no response", customer service sent me to someone specializes in helping and they contact own without response. I couldn't find a internet box and contacted the management of Royal Mansions they gave me the correct password and additional info, it was suggested what I was given as password was replace some time ago. My first impression when we drove up to the units was what a dump, there were window missing and boarded with plywood, units exterior need painting/repair and construction was ongoing. First morning and every morning with the exception of Jan 1st we were woken up a 7:30 to 8 AM by construction noise, not what I was looking for vacation. Neither owner or Vibo made comment when the took my money that there was ongoing construction, would have been appropriate. The comment from the owner the day we left after 7 days " sorry we were traveling" their vacation was more important than ours. This rental is miss managed by Vibo and the owner of unit ####. I would not recommend staying there!!

The view is wonderful!

If you want to mostly be at the beach or the pool, this is the place for you. In particular, if you like to sit outside on a patio (high top table & four chairs) and look at the ocean and passing cruise ships, you will love this spot. Duly noted by the owner, carrying luggage etc up all the stairs is a consideration. For my husband and me, the view was worth it. There are no facilities here for tennis, pickleball or shuffleboard if you are looking for that. Apparently, a new gate was put up so the peacocks are no longer here. You can walk down the street and see them in the yards of homes if you wish. We were here for about 21 days. For cooking meals here, I would bring a cookie sheet and/or casserole dish for baking, a large bowl for mixing up a salad and a collander for draining spaghetti or washing fruit. We brought our own electric grill that we cooked on most nights, although there is a grill outside for common use. You can walk to the Cocoa Beach pier, but it will take you about 50 minutes casually walking in the sand barefoot. The people here were very friendly - some owners and some renters. The owners were very timely in their responses to the few questions I had. The unit has many clearly labeled hints and instructions posted along with pamphlets of local attractions. The owners left many gifts to greet us and make our start nice, including water, shampoo & conditioner, lots of paper goods, candy, a little sunscreen and a small first aid kit. It was appreciated and much nicer than any other VRBO we have stayed at in the last few years. The beach is also a great place to watch satellites or rockets blast off. There were four launches during our stay. We were also blessed with beautiful weather reaching the high 80s many days in Feb., which the weather people said were record highs. The two queen beds are very comfortable and the place is clean. If you want a chilled vacation where you swim, walk the beach, fish and have coffee and/or cocktails on the 3rd floor balcony looking at the ocean, this is the place for you! We would definitely stay here if we are in the area again.

We recently spent a week in Cape Canaveral and truly enjoyed our stay at the Royal Mansions condos. It was quiet, away from the busyness of Cocoa Beach, yet within walking distance (just down the beach). The view of the beach and listening to the waves of the ocean, truly enhanced our enjoyment! The Royal Mansion condos are a quiet neighborhood, with friendly people. We would highly recommend this location to anyone desiring to 'just get away from it all'!
