This place was the ideal location for a nice beautiful getaway for any couple. We enjoyed the easiness to check in and out, the pool was nice, and all in all prime location for beach or walking to nearby cafes or beaches. We had a serene anniversary trip in Kapaa.

Location, view and price were very good for this property. It was just 10-12 minutes to the airport.During the aftermath of Hurricane Lowell, the owner graciously allowed us to remain in the unit past our normal check out time when the airline unexpectedly cancelled/rebooked our flight. In addition, he did not charge us anything for the extra time we were in the unit.

Our stay at this property was enjoyable. The view of the ocean and surf from living room was great.The apartment and location were very clean. The owner was quick to respond when contacted. The only negative was bedroom TV needed reset any time you turned TV on and bedroom ceiling fan switch was confusing.

Usually when you see pics of the location it is exaggerated, but this 1 is not! this is right on the beach and the view is stunning! They have everything you need to enjoy the water and the beach including snorkel gear, chairs, towels etc. we had baby and momma chics visit us every morning. Luke was easy to get ahold of and answered his phone when I called.

Enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and the cost was great. Having laundry facilities in the unit was wonderful. We enjoyed the lanai with the views of the ocean. Quite relaxing. The amenities were dated, yet the location, view, and cost made up for it. Would stay in this unit again.

This property needs some major renovation and repairs. There are scratches on all of the walls and the balcony is barely useable. The table is dirty and broken down. The kitchen is the best room in the property. The air conditioning can only be used in the evening and provides only modest cooling in the bedroom. We did stop by to ask if we could drop off our luggage early and the cleaning person that we encountered was very rude. The best feature of the property is the view of the ocean and beach.
