Escape the daily grind and reconnect in this beautiful space located on a cul-de-sac with privacy and a large fenced in backyard. Take in the beautiful landscapes, nearby walking, hiking, biking paths, and park with sledding during the winter. Minutes from NAU, restaurants, shopping and 10 mins from downtown. 18 mi from Snowbowl, 28 mi from Sedona, 32 mi from Bearizona Wildlife Park, 34 mi from Williams for the Polar Express experience, and 84 mi from the Grand Canyon. *Tesla EV charger (bring your adapter that is compatible to charge your EV vehicle.)

Walk into a beautifully updated space with all new flooring, a fully renovated kitchen, new appliances, and new furniture throughout. Upon entry you will see the open floor plan containing the living space, dining room, and kitchen.

As you make your way through the hallway, to the right you will find the first bathroom containing a bathtub shower and to the left you will find a conveniently located washer, dryer, and sink, with hangers for drying gentle clothing as well as garage door access.

Continue off the hallway and you will find two bedrooms: the third bedroom to the right provides twin bunkbeds, a large closet, loveseat, books for kids, and games to enjoy. The fourth bedroom straight ahead is an inviting space with a queen bed, end tables, and a large closet.

As you proceed upstairs, you will find the second bedroom on the right with a queen bed, end tables, a large closet and an en suite bathroom that includes a bathtub shower.

To the left of the staircase the large Master bedroom provides ample space for the king bed, a quiet workspace, comfy chairs to lounge in, and a large walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom provides a separate shower, bathtub, and double sink with storage.

Enjoy the privacy of a large fenced in backyard. 8 seat dining table with umbrella and bench seating. Fire table with amble seating.

All bathroom toilets are new, the end tables have USB chargers, and the interior is freshly painted.

The two car garage contains bench seating, storage for skis and snowboards, and an extra fridge. EV charger located on the left side wall of garage. The car port also provides space for additional parking.

We've stayed at alot of VRBOs - this home was the best! The place was immaculate, everything looked new, the furniture and beds were comfortable, the host was very accomodating and quick to respond, and the large, fenced backyard was great for the dogs. We plan on staying here again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This property was perfect for our long weekend getaway from the Phoenix heat! Super clean, well stocked kitchen with literally everything you needed, and optimally designed. The host was wonderful, check in/out was a breeze. My only nitpick is the stairs are slippery so we had to use extra caution going up/down. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a wonderful place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The amenities the host provide went above and beyond expectations. From the gas grill, to the firetable, to the indoor fireplace with a flick of a button, every aspect was created with guests in mind. Games available to play with the family, large soaking jacuzzi tub, and all appliances anyone could need. The host was very accommodating and with quick and accessible communication. This host goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. The location cannot be beat! Close to trails, stores, and local eateries. A walking path and park steps away from the home. We could not have made a better choice. A huge benefit was the ability to bring our family dogs where they were safe and secure behind a fully fenced yard. There is no need to look further. Each child had their own bathroom, 3 in total. Two bedrooms with ensuites and one of them downstairs is a perfect layout. Should we return to Flaggstaff in the future, we will check this host first and I am sure all guests will have the same sentiment.

Christmas Ski Trip

We had our whole family from AZ and Virginia gather to ski at Snowbowl this past weekend as we all cannot be together on Christmas this year. The house exceeded our expectations and the owner was very informative and welcoming from the very first message exchange. We all agreed we would love to stay at this location again.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with this property. From he moment we arrived, everything was exactly as describe, if not better. Practically Perfect

This property is truly a great place for larger families or people who just like to spread out and have their own room with a big bed all to themselves. The house is comfortably and tastefully furnished, with a huge dining room table big enough for 10 people! So nice to have the entire family sitting down together. I appreciated having ample tableware, dishes, and cutlery for a big group because we didn't have to wash dishes after every meal or snack. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 have their own bathroom. The master suite has a big jetted tub which is great for relaxing. In my opinion, the only improvement would be if the loveseat/small couch in the bedroom with bunkbeds was a foldout. I have to say the main selling point for our group was the huge backyard and the generous pet policy that allows 2 dogs. Very rare and also the best thing ever!Our group spent a lot of time in the large open great room, playing games, watching movies, and enjoying the electric fireplace. There were a few minor inconveniences that were easily managed including running out of paper towels and dish soap. The quality of the property and the responsiveness of the hosts made our experience very enjoyable and practically perfect in every way!
