To ensure that all guests seeking a quieter getaway and are able to enjoy a tranquil experience, no children under 12 or pets  are permitted.  
This cottage is 220 sq ft with bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and small sitting area and deck.
Free Parking.
Single Queen Bed. 
Bathroom is private with a tub/shower and the kitchenette is furnished with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, tea/coffee kettle, and hotplate.
Utensils, dishes, glasses and cooking pots are provided.  Cottage has a picnic table,  heat, and air conditioning.
Linens and Towels provided.
Shared outdoor kitchen with grills (charcoal & propane) & lobster cooker.
Historical Barn/Common Space

Clean and quiet

The hosts are wonderful and made our stay perfectly cozy. Great restaurant recommendations and great coffee provided for each guest. I enjoyed paddling around the cove on the SUP they provided and the location is great for Acadia and Bar Harbor.

Gorgeous little slice of paradise. The cottages are the perfect size for an intimate, nature getaway and the barn is almost three times my age but in amazing condition. The fridge with ice cream and apple pie was the cherry on top of a amazing trip.Thank you!!

Good access to everything on Desert Island. From Bar Harbor to Acadia National Park, Cadillac Mt. and Thurstons Lobster Pound. Make new friends around the evening fire pit before retiring to your cozy cottage.
