This House offers jungle and ocean views and unforgettable sunsets . You hear crashing waves and will be able to swim in a 60' infinity -edge lap pool, always with perfect swimming temperatures and for lounging upon.
The House sits 300'up and 1/2 km back up from the ocean near perfect year-round temperatures. all concrete construction with wood and AC in both bedrooms . the House stays cool all day long. Lush tree canopies attract monkeys and bird close. The sound of nature will prevail.

Two bedrooms with King size bed sit on opposite ends of the house. Each of them have private bathroom with large walking sliding glasses doors with jungle view. The bedrooms walls open on glass sliding doors to allow refreshing breeze to flow through. The living room has also wall glasses and luxury ceiling fans opening on a large outside deck facing the ocean and the pool with a canopy bed.
There is a large gourmet open kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher and a new fridge . An outside bbq allows you to grill in the near patio outside the kitchen There is an outside shower facing a garden and the jungle .

With the large deep lap pool outside of most rooms the house is not for young kids unable to swim; We prefer to rent to one or two couples with people who know how to swim.
