Host was very helpful and check in and check out was very easy. House was clean with great amenities. The entire property was beautiful and secluded but yet still close to Gunnison and surrounding attractions which gave you lots of options for day trips.

This was a beautiful and quiet place just what my family was looking for. We had a great time here! It was conveniently located to Blue Mesa Reservoir, Pitkin, and Crested Butte all places we wanted to explore. I highly recommend it.

Peaceful farmhouse

We had a wonderful weekend staying at John’s property. Only 15 minutes away from Gunnison which was the perfect location as we had a bike race in town. John was very helpful and responsive leading up to and during our visit. Would highly recommend this beautiful farmhouse.

Beautiful, peaceful location appx 15 minutes from downtown Gunnison. Home was well stocked and clean. We loved looking out at the distant cows in the valley with the beautiful mountains, the light ever changing-gorgeous!Property is secure with electric gate. We would definitely stay here again! Fantastic Stay!

I can’t say enough about this property! My husband and I, along with our two adult children, stayed here Sept 1-4 and it was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, and the property was stunning. We were genuinely sorry to leave. A bonus was that we met the family of the host and they were truly delightful. Book it! You won’t be sorry!
