Welcome to our lovely townhouse in Vista Cay recently Fully renovated (04/01/2025), without a doubt the best location in all Orlando!

Sleeping 08 comfortably. 3.5 bathrooms makes this a great space to share with colleagues or friends. It's hard to find luxury of this caliber at these prices. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible.



The Space:

The living area is light and bright with hardwood flooring throughout. The open plan living floor has a comfy seating area, 75" smart TV and flows seamlessly into the well equipped kitchen, so the cook can chat with guests at a comfortable dining area for 8. while preparing a quick snack or gourmet meal

BED & BATH

There are 3 bedrooms, all with TVs, ceiling fans and en-suite bathrooms plus a ½ bath on the living floor. On the top floor you will find the principle King bedroom with super comfy mattress and top quality linens Also a 2nd bedroom with 2 Queen Bed with en-suite bathroom, On the 1st floor is 3rd bedroom with 1 King bed and en-suite bathroom and you will find full size laundry machines here, so you can pack light and take advantage of the world class outlet malls just a few minutes away

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, walking distance to the Orlando Convention Center and to the new Theme park Epic Universe, only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Just 10 minutes to world class shopping at Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. Fast food to 5-star dining is also within minutes on International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Melo's Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

Property is modern, clean and comes with all that you require for a vacation. I loved the extra touch where we were provided with coffee pods, bin bags, washing up liquid and sponge and even shampoo, hand wash etc. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Our small dog was also able to enjoy the vacation with us. The property is very convenient to get an Uber to Disney and SeaWorld and also enjoy the local restaurants. We also made use of the resort facilities which kept our son further entertained. The internet connection was a little difficult and hence we could not watch tv or connect our computer

The property is beautiful and very clean! The WiFi did not have a great connection, so if you needed to work on a computer, it was difficult. That was the only issue we experienced! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!Directions on how to work the TV, a working gate code, and a map of the property within the unit would’ve been helpful

Activities on site are great pool that’s walkable From a location standpoint it’s phenomenal abt 20 mins with heavy traffic if not faster to Universal Studios and Disney springs Disney wouldn’t be too much on top either The place itself is great super clean and comfy would recommend to those who like their own bathrooms as each of the 3 rooms had its own full bathroom You will get your cardio in with the 3 sets of stairs and the laundry room was very useful and can handle plenty of clothes

Great Property

We were in Orlando for a conference and this property was perfect. Walking distance to the Convention Center, walking distance and a short drive to multiple restaurants, shops, bars, etc. The property was very clean and the property manger was responsive when needed.

The gate code was not working it took until day three to respond even with Vrbo support. TVs didn’t work as the WiFi wasn’t linking with the TVs. When Alex finally got back to us, he said he’d look into it. We could not watch tv at all and had to sit and wait for three days and rely on other guests to let us in the property. For what we paid we’d hope for better communication and a property free from such issues. Simple maintenance on your greeting email would have had a working gate code and hopefully the rooms would be in working order. Just not so.
